* Prayer or Relief Sought Here RTI request has been received on the same date which means on 23/06/2021 and today is 24/07/2021. Thus 33 days passed while PIO had to provide information within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI communique in the office of public authority. Here it is quite obvious that serious injuries inflicted by the wrongdoer elements on the complainants but police is putting carpet on the entire matter quite obvious from the cryptic working style at the police which is not providing information under Right to information act 2005 nor redressing the matter in transparent and accountable manner which reflects the rampant corruption in the department of police.It is well established fact that there must be fear of the law of land in the mind of criminal elements in the society so that rule of law may be established in a democratic republic but here police which is a prosecuting agency having Nexus with the criminals and acting in favour of them which is creating fear psychosis among the citizens in the state.

4-Whether the investigation on the part of Jigna police is over, then provide copy of investigation report and detail of posting of investigation officer in the police station concerned and in the district Mirzapur in the attached matter to communique.

Think about the gravity of situation that after too much procrastination concerned Jigana police provided the incomplete and misleading information to the aggrieved Kamlesh Singh which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005 but it is unfortunate that no action will be taken by the concerned accountable public functionaries in the department of police.
ReplyDeleteजन सूचना अधिकार 2005 के तहत प्रथम अपीलीय अधिकारी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के शासनादेश के अनुसार पुलिस कप्तान रैंक का अधिकारी होता है और छोटे जिलों में पुलिस कप्तान पुलिस महकमा का सबसे बड़ा अधिकारी होता है अब वह तो राजा हो गया अब राजा जो है अपील थोड़ी देखेगा यही कारण है कि जन सूचना अधिकार के तहत कोई सूचना जनपद स्तर पर नहीं मिल पाती है
