Grievance Details : This was today informed them through email and conversation is attached. Following email was sent on Sun 21-02-2021 12:52 PM to you Honourable Sirs which PDF is attached. Subsequently I Kall company repaired the first mobile. But the second mobile was not repaired with the promise that it will be repaired later on. It is to be noted that the model number of the second mobile number is actually K320 and on its box K300 and a screenshot of software is attached to this representation. Please direct the company to remove the defects of audio which is sometimes automatically stopped and simtool first is not working properly.

Undoubtedly you have given a warranty of one year but it does not mean that it may get damaged and consumers may suffer because of a third grade item.

  2. Undoubtedly every company provides 1 year warranty of its mobile handsets but it does not imply that in one year period mobile may get defected and they may procrastinate in repairing the mobile handset in the name of warranty.

    1 year warranty means item will not disturb at least for one year.

  3. They must arrange the return pickup so that defect of the I Kall hand set may be removed by the service centre. Undoubtedly their sim tools in the hand set of I Kall mobile is of third grade which must be removed otherwise creates problems at the early stages during the purchase of Mobile. We want repair as soon as possible and company may save its credit through speedy delivery services.

  4. They did not send return courier pick up so defective item is still not picked up by the return courier and this lackadaisical approach is against the warranty because if delay will be made then there will be frustration in the consumer if he will use the defective item again and again.
    Here it is quite obvious that our public functionaries are failed to safeguard our consumer rights.

    Now they again sought the photographs and to avoid warranty of services arbitrarily declared the product damaged while the factual position is that item is not damaged.
