Grievance Description- An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek justice for a senior citizen crushed because of rampant corruption in the public system of the government of India. Request made to Registrar General, Allahabad High Court for action, as appropriate. Current Status Case closed Date of Action 09/12/2019 Remarks The grievance has been forwarded to Registrar General, Allahabad High Court for action, as appropriate. It is an unfortunate that Registrar took under teeth the request made by the ministry of justice, Government of India. Whether it does not reflect the tyranny of Indian judiciary which overlooked rule of law. Consequently, applicant requests to take action in the matter, and they may fix accountability as required under the law. The government may not spare a wrongdoer irrespective of caste, creed, religion, status and rank. Undoubtedly it is too much surprising that post reached Lucknow from Mirzapur in 3 days, but it is unfortunate that it took more than 1 year but is still not reached the office of the subordinate judge which is dealing with the matter from the office of district judge Lucknow. Whether it is not a mockery of the law of land is being committed by the office of the District Judge, Lucknow itself? Current Status Case closed   Date of Action 22/02/2021
Remarks-The administrative control over the subordinate judiciary in the States vests with the concerned High Court and the respective State Government. The petitioner, if so advised, to approach the appropriate forum to resolve the grievance.

Undoubtedly it is reflecting complete Anarchy and total lawlessness in the government machinery especially the judiciary and most unfortunate is that even repeated complaints are being made by the aggrieved and public-spirited persons but this mismanagement is not being removed from the judiciary. How much shameless that we talk of open court hearing but not considering the representations of the aggrieved applicant sent through the registered post.

Rating Remarks
The constitution of India and administrative setup of the largest democracy in the world has federal structure. But in this federal structure, central government is playing core role. Whether anarchy of lower judiciary can be overlooked by taking the recourse of ambit that it comes under the purview of Government of Uttar Pradesh and High court of judicature at Allahabad. Here it is quite obvious that police in the state from top to bottom and administrative staff of Lucknow development authority took under teeth the order passed by High court of judicature and Lower judiciary in the state is acting in caucus with the administrative staff of the state government. Which is the root cause of this anarchy. Government of state may run in accordance with the provisions of the constitution of India so Governor in the state acts as the agent of the central government and he supervises the function of state machinery. Undoubtedly here is no rule of law and we are living in a banana republic.
