महोदय, जांच आख्या संलग्न कर सादर अवलोकनार्थ प्रेषित है प्रार्थना पत्र के क्रम मे अवगत कराना है कि प्रर्थिनी का डाटा अंडर प्रोसेस शो कर रहा है स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण हो जाने पर प्रर्थिनी का सम्बधित खाते मे पी०एफ्०एम्०एस्० पोर्टल के माध्यम से धनराशि प्रेषित हो जायेगी जो कि निदेशालय स्तर से होनी है उक्त से अवगत होने का कष्ट करे
Today is 20/06/2021 which means more than three months passed and already procrastinating on the matter more than two years. Numerous grievances have been submitted in the matter. Whether concerned probationary officer Mirzapur will tell the applicant whether data is under process still or processing has completed. If processing is to be finalized by the directorate social welfare Lucknow, then concerned probationary officer may tell us maximum span of time consumed by directorate in such matters. It is quite obvious that this post is showing the insensitivity of the public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the problems of the vulnerable section. They are not providing widow pension to the Gujarati Devi, a woman belonging to the tribals section. Whether it is a good governance as claimed by the Yogi Adityanath and our prime minister Narendra Modi sir undoubtedly not? Think about the gravity of situation directorate of women welfare Lucknow did not entertain the application submitted under right to information act 2005 and application under right to information act 2005 was forwarded by the district administration to the directorate, but that application was forwarded to the district Sonbhadra which is a mockery of the right to information act 2005. If the Modi government at the centre and Yogi Adityanath government at the state are sensitive to the problems of the widows in the state of Uttar Pradesh then they should make concrete steps in this direction
