On the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, IRCTC is observing Vigilance Awareness Week‑2022 on the theme “भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत – विकसित भारत; Corruption free India for a developed Nation” from 31st Oct'2022 to 6th Nov’2022.
1. Integrity Pledge
Certificate of commitment towards Zero tolerance on corruption by taking Integrity Pledge:
A. Central Vigilance Commission, Government of India requested conscious citizens of India to take Integrity Pledge for upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, honesty and integrity. Just click on this hyperlink http://pledge.cvc.nic.in/ for the pledge and get a certificate.
B. In order to be aware and prevent cases of cheating/corruption, you are requested to observe the following Do’s and Don’ts while booking e-ticket and booking of meal orders to be delivered in trains/stations:
E‑ticketing Do’s & Don’ts:
While creating your own personal ID at www.irctc.co.in, please give correct details like Name, Address, Mobile No., e‑mail address etc.
If booking through agent, book through IRCTC authorized Retail Service Providers (list available at www.irctc.co.in) and pay the prescribed IRCTC and Agent Service charge per ticket irrespective of no. of passengers. Always insist to get the receipt of the full amount paid by you.
Please ensure that agent gives your Mobile no. while booking so that you get SMS of ticket details including the fare + other charges.
Never purchase or sell e-tickets generated from personal user IDs. It is an offence under section 143 of the Railway Act, 1989. E-tickets purchased/sold from personal user IDs are liable to be cancelled at any time.
For overcharging/other irregularity committed by IRCTC authorised Retail Service Providers, lodge a complaint (along with copy of e-ticket and receipt of amount paid by you) with agentcomplaint@irctc.com
E‑catering Do’s & Don’ts:
For booking of meal orders in train/stations, use IRCTC website www.ecatering.irctc.co.in or phone number 1323 or mobile application with name “Food on Track”.
The sole website for booking of meal orders to be delivered in trains/at stations is the IRCTC E‑catering website.
All orders for delivery in train would bear the order number issued by IRCTC only.
Always ask for bill as: “No Bill‑ The Food is Free”.

THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS UNSOUND AND ITS FOUNDATION ARE COMPLETELY COLLASPED
ReplyDeleteCASE 1 I commenced in 2017, refiled in 2018, the preliminary decree was passed on May 28, Kurras passed on October 05,2018,unopposed therefore res judicata, then SDM RajaGanpathy IAS fixed November 12,2018 to pass the final decree and give me the possession of my shares. My brother of unsound mind gave to the SDM his false affidavit that I sold my shares in India took the money settled in Canada in 1975, I challenged with the Khatauni showing my name as co-sharer, SDM was bribed he rejected Khatauni, threatened to put me in jail and accepted the "void" affidavit of my brother, case is adjourned over 300 times, gone before the Divisional Commissioner, Revenue Board and twice before the High Court of Allahabad, no judge noticed the void affidavit of my brother.
CASE 2 Commenced in 2017, amended in 2018, obtained the preliminary decree at the behest of Padia J. by the Sajid J. in February 2022, unopposed therefore resjudicata, my brother was running away from the police since filling his affidavit on November 12,2018 for the cross examination on his affidavit. March 2023 at the behest of Padia J. my brother was arrested in Gujrat and was brought by the police to Prayagraj, he retained lawyer, signed the blank papers and returned to Gujrat in March 2023, May 12,2023 his lawyer fabricated 2nd false affidavit, got illegally commissioned by the Bar Council of UP, in the absence of my brother filed with the court of Sajid J. stating that he was never served the 2nd claim. Sajid J. erred in continuing frivolous proceedings based on the " void" affidavit. This case is also adjourned over 300 times,
My brother is refusing the cross examination on his affidavits and also refusing the examination by the handwriting experts. Three murder attempts were made to steal my shares, injuring me for the life. I incurred over Rs.1 Crores 20 lacks to defend the void affidavits. Yogi's regime has caused grave injustice, extreme hardships, mental anguish, and irreparable harm to my young family in Canada.
Most lawyers are fake with the fake foreign credentials and act as pickpocketers. India and UP are not a law based Democracy, its a Jungle Raj.
