Undoubtedly they have talked on this issue as submitted through the report but they told me that indirectly the government has stopped providing subsidies on the domestic gas cylinders. Our prime minister Modi is not in favour of providing subsidies to the consumers. The Government is facing the financial crunch so it will sell the domestic gas cylinders commercially to help its corporate fellows corrupt and greedy ministers. Modi Sir is a supporter of commercial activities as an expert businessman and subsidy to the poor is a hindrance in the development of the country. I disturbed to hear such a thing from the staff of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited and regretted the blunder done by the innocent and gullible people of the country. Whom we understand our messiah, what is his actual character and thinking about the poor people like us. I want to inform further that six subsidies have been withheld by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited which means ministry of petroleum and Natural Gas.

District magistrate Mirzapur, after rebore by Jalnigam, why did municipality Mirzapur city not take over the Hand Pump from Jalnigam to look after as required under the management of installation and reinstallation of Hand pumps? Answer is simple, because in the rebore of handpump, set up norms were overlooked. Because of corruption rampant in the departments of Government of Uttar Pradesh, no action could be taken against wrongdoers by fixing their accountability even when the D.M. Mirzapur was informed regarding the irregularity time and again. Most surprising three years passed but concerned are only procrastinating on the matter ipso facto. निस्संदेह अधिशासी अभियंतामिर्ज़ापुर,जल निगम द्वारा गैर जिम्मेदाराना आख्या प्रस्तुत की गई है श्री मान जी प्रस्तुत प्रकरण में इस बात का जिक्र है की किस तरह से जल निगम द्वारा कराया गया रीबोर विभाग में व्याप्त भ्र्ष्टाचार के कारण फ़ैल हो गया सोचने की रीबोर के ठीक कुछ दिनों बाद हैंड पंप का पानी आना बंद हो गया उसकी जाँच नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर और खुद जल निगम द्वारा कराया गया और मैंने कहा की हैंडपंप का रीबोर फ़ैल है इसलिए सम्बंधित के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए किन्तु आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई इससे बड़ी आराजकता क्या होगी श्री मान जी छह वर्षो से चापाकल बिगड़ रहा है और रीबोर हो रहा है किन्तु पानी नहीं दे रहा है इससे बड़ी आराजकता क्या होगी यहां बोरिंग का प्रश्न नहीं है क्योकि फिर बोरिंग होगी और चार दिन बाद पानी देना बंद कर देगा और जब शिकायत होगी मनमानी और असंगत जवाब लगा कर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट जैसे अधिकारी शिकायत को बंद करा देते है यहां प्रश्न विश्वसनीयता की है किस ढंग से भरस्टाचार के कारण लोक ब्यवस्था की साख गिर रही है इस पर चिंतन करना आवश्यक है श्री मान जी रीबोर प्रकरण पूर्ण रूप से भ्र्ष्टाचार से पोषित उसकी जांच होनी चाहिए अन्यथा जन कल्याण से सम्बंधित फण्ड कुछ लोगो के जेब भरते रहेंगे

* Prayer or Relief Sought Sir - The candidate has sought information on four points which you have not given, either you don''t know anything or you are completely incompetent. Because you do not even know what the complainant wants? What is he concerned with? Sir, The candidate is upset that corrupt and bribe-ridden people are being appointed by the Government which is making a mockery of the RIGHT to Information Act. What will those who do not have the capacity to read and understand the application give information? Sir, the candidate is an anti-corruption crusader and has started crusade against corruption for the last 25 years. Think of the information given in the case presented by the applicant, that is, the same information has been sought. Undoubtedly sought information they did not make available. Just as a thief is always swallowing when caught by the police, he has not stolen, the same is the case with the State Information Commission at present. Today, if there was honesty, transparency and accountability in the work., there would have been no need to be swallowed up. Now, the first appellate officer will say that the information provided by him is as per rules and will not make efforts to try to find out what information has been sought? Today, if they had not passed by copying, they would have qualified and then gullible and innocent people would not have faced this anarchy. The truth of the Right to Information act 2005 is being seen by everyone and its ramification that this right of gullible and innocent people is only running on the ventilator of the Intensive Care Unit in this age of corruption.

The matter concerns the email communication dated-23 April 2021 of chief secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh to webmaster Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission with request -Respected Sir/ Madam The trailing forwarded for action as per rules. On 23 April 2021 an email was forwarded by the office of His Excellency Honourable President of India.to the chief secretary Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Factual position is that the chief secretary office forwarded my complaint to Uttar Pradesh State Information commission which was not an appeal so how can he treat forwarded email as appeal to avoid accountability as they are bound to take action on the communication of government.

State Information Commission Uttar Pradesh has exceeded every limit of corruption which culminates lawlessness and anarchy in state

5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that how can public functionaries in this largest democracy in the world may be mute spectators of this lawlessness and anarchy of the Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission which sole motive is to crush the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 instead to be instrumental in providing information to the information seekers. Appointment of Babudom as commissioners and chief information commissioner in the state information commission is the root cause of this lawlessness and anarchy prevailed in the working of transparency ombudsmann.

* Description of Information Sought Applicant submitted complaint regarding irregularity, arbitrariness and tyranny in the High court of Judicature at Allahabad on 03 June 2013 and 21 April 2014 and after taking the pledge of the oath taker which means information seeker cum aggrieved applicant subsequently Honourable High court nominated district and session judge Mirzapur as enquiry officer in the matter. District and session judge Mirzapur through its communication dated 16 Aug 2018 invited information seeker to appear in person on 17 Sept 2018 at 4 O clock in the evening in his chamber. For more detail, vide first page of the attached PDF document to this representation cum R.T.I. Request. On 17 Sept 2018 at 4 O clock, information seeker submitted his submissions orally lasted more than half an hour and finally submitted written representation along with supportive annexures quite obvious from page 2 to page 5 of the attached PDF document to this representation cum R.T.I. Request. After taking witness testimony, no communication was exchanged either by district Judge or by High court of Judicature at Allahabad.

1-Lower Judiciary is monitored by the state government and concerned High court consequently department of law and justice may provide the following information.

Please provide the outcome of the aforementioned enquiry if available to them.

2-Time taken by the enquiry officer to provide its findings to the concerned mandate if nominator not fixed time to complete enquiry.

3-Provide the rule if any exists which prohibits High court of Judicature at Allahabad to provide outcome of enquiry to aggrieved complainant.

4-Provide the maximum time duration taken by District Judge Mirzapur under the law to complete the enquiry concerned with alleged irregularities.

5-District Judge Mirzapur may provide the information whether he furnished the enquiry report to High court of Judicature at Allahabad, if not why? if yes, then provide the date of report and date when made available to High court of Judicature at Allahabad.
