* Description of Information Sought PIO in the office of principal chief conservator of forest, government of Uttar Pradesh may provide the point wise information as sought by the information seeker.
1-According to first page of the attached document, a news item published in leading Hindi daily Amar Ujala, 18 Divisional Forest Officers were found indulged in the corrupt practices in the audit report of accountant general concerning with the plantation in the year 2017,2018 and 2019 consequently government of Uttar Pradesh sought explanation but government not satisfied with the explanation of them sent notice under close envelope into the matter through head office of department of forest. Please provide the detail of action taken in the matter. Number of DFOs succumbed pressure on the government and managed itself free. Please provide the name and designation who are awarded punishment.
2-According to second page of the attached document, communication of Area Forest Officer Baki range Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh selection as I.F.S. addressed to Divisional Forest Officer Division-Gorakhpur Letter number-110 dated-01-Aug-2017.Please provide the circular or government order which supports action on Letter number-110 dated-01-Aug-2017 by chief conservator, Gorakhpur zone and area forest officer Baki range because it was addressed to Divisional Forest Officer Division-Gorakhpur.
3-Please provide the circular or government order which empowers DFO rank officer to file the communication of Area forest officer Baki range ipso facto as aforementioned communication.
4-Please provide the posting details of divisional forest officers in division-Gorakhpur since 2017 including, onwards and current.
5-Please provide posting details of area forest officer Jagdamba Pathak of Baki Range in Gorakhpur zone quite obvious from third page of the attached document to this RTI request. .
