1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
Undoubtedly we are not governed by the rule of law as provisions of the constitution are being overlooked by the government functionaries itself to fill their pockets.

I made repeated attempts to submit an RTI communique yesterday and today as well but the aforementioned error messages displayed on the computer on the portal..

1-I had visited the branch office Mirzapur of Bank of India on 16th and 17th December 2021, the door was locked and no feedback regarding the strike was available. Neighbours told me that the bank will open on Monday.
Please provide the feedback like post and designation of the staff of Bank of India who had given permission to close the branch to the concerned branch officer.

Please provide the INFORMATION regarding the staff of the branch who were paid salary and who were not paid because they went on strike.
3-Please provide the details of the staff who were on leave on 16th and 17th December 2021.
4-Please provide the reason for keeping the branch office gate closed without a notice on the board/gate regarding the strikes as causing great hardships to customers cum visitors.
5-Provide the details of staff at the branch office Mirzapur went on strike voluntarily and also those were coerced to go on strike.

3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the error message is insufficient merchant information displayed every time on the portal of the government of India. If the public staff are honest, then why are they running away from providing information to information seekers by adopting various cunning tricks. To promote transparency and accountability, the Right to Information Act was brought up by the congress government at the centre but the Modi government is not providing any information in a cryptic manner.
