१- सूचना १८ बन प्रभागीय अधिकारियों से सम्बंधित है जिनको स्पष्टीकरण नोटिस भेजा गया है प्रधान मुख्य बन संरक्षक कार्यालय लखनऊ द्वारा शासन की और से भेजा जा चुका है इतनी बड़ी कार्यवाही जिसमे खुद प्रभागीय बनाधिकारी गोरखपुर खुद कटघरे में है क्या सूचना दे सकते है अर्थात यह सूचना खुद जनसूचना अधिकारी प्रधान मुख्य बन संरक्षक कार्यालय लखनऊ द्वारा दिया जाना समीचीन है
२-श्री मान जी आप से प्रार्थी द्वारा प्रपत्र मांगा गया जिसके आधार पर संचार जो प्रभागीय बनाधिकारी गोरखपुर को सम्बोधित पत्र पर जो क्षेत्रीय बनाधिकारी बाकी द्वारा लिखा गया किन्तु कार्यवाही मुख्य बन संरक्षक गोरखपुर द्वारा किया गया महोदय मुख्य बन संरक्षक गोरखपुर तभी कार्यवाही कर सकते है जब उनके पास प्रभागीय बनाधिकारी गोरखपुर का अतिरिक्त प्रभार हो या किसी आदेश द्वारा उन्हें निर्देशित किया गया हो यह तो जंगल राज है की मुख्य बन संरक्षक मनमाने तरीके से कार्य कर रहे है इस सम्बन्ध में जारी प्रपत्र नहीं उपलब्ध कराया गया
३-तीसरे विन्दु में प्रार्थी अपीलार्थी द्वारा उस आदेश प्रपत्र की मांग की गयी जो प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी गोरखपुर को क्षेत्रीय वनाधिकारी बाकी द्वारा लिखा गया पत्र को बिना किसी कार्यवाही के फाइल करने का अधिकार प्रदान करता है किन्तु वे गोल मटोल जवाब दे कर अपने गलत कार्यो को छिपाना चाहते है यह जंगल राज नहीं तो और क्या है

1- Information is related to 18 divisional forest officers to whom clarification notices have been sent by the Principal Chief Forest Conservator Office Lucknow on behalf of the government, such a big action in which the divisional officer Gorakhpur himself is in the dock, what information can he give, that is, it The information itself is expedient to be Forest given by the Public Information Officer, Principal Chief and Guardian Office, Lucknow.
2-Revered Sir circular was asked from you by the applicant, on the basis of which letter addressed to the Divisional Forest Officer, Gorakhpur, which was written by the Area Officer, but the action was taken by the Chief Conservator, Gorakhpur. Whether he had the additional charge of Divisional Forest officer Gorakhpur or has been directed to him by any order or. It is a jungle raj that the chief conservator is working arbitrarily and the circular issued in this regard has not been made available.
3-In the third point, the appellant has demanded that order / circular, which gives the Divisional Forest Officer, Gorakhpur the right to file the letter written by the Area Forest Officer Baki without any action, but they want to hide their wrongdoings by giving roundabout/ confusive answers. If this is not a jungle rule then what is it?
