Undoubtedly our motive is good governance but it seems that our accountable public functionaries are not interested in providing us good governance which is the root cause they are not interested to curb the corruption from the government machinery even when repeated requests are being made by the public-spirited persons.
More than two dozen representations have been submitted before the Block Development Officer Baharia district Prayagraj but, unfortunately, the concerned officer that is Block Development Officer Baharia district Prayagraj is not interested in providing information as well as in the wall painting of the developmental activities carried out in the village panchayat Saraijeet Ray urf Purebhava police station Mauaima, District Prayagraj. Sir where is the good governance if the inconsistent and arbitrary reports are being submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Everyone knows that this circular has been passed by the government of Uttar Pradesh that whatever developmental activities will be carried out in any village panchayat that will be painted on the walls of the building of a primary school, middle school and panchayat Bhawan but it seems that Block Development Officer Baharia is no more interested in such things because he is more interested in siphoning in government fund which is the root cause he is running away from the wall paintings and making a various pretext.
Respected sir what kind of development is being carried out by the district administration Prayagraj when the wall painting is not being carried out by the concerned administrative officers which means that they are only e siphoning the public fund means to the poor people instead of carrying out the developmental works in the village panchayat which is quite obvious from the tyrannical approaches of the concerned public functionaries to the representations of public-spirited persons who wants that developmental works may be carried out in the village panchayat in a transparent and accountable way.

If predators will be protectors, then God is only protector otherwise no one can shield us. Note:- Further details will be available on viewing the status of the above-mentioned new request registration number. Neither SPIO panchayt raj provided information and now D.M. Prayagraj is running away from providing information. Remarks :- Your RTI Request dt.03-06-2020 has been transferred to DM Prayagraj from letter no. 2800/43-128-2020 dt.14-07-2020. 2- Your Appeal is that NO Response within the Time Limit. Answer is that Due to inactiveness of Online RTI. DM Prayagraj is not active in RTI portal. AT last your RTI request is physically transferred.

Whether it is not the reflection of rampant corruption in the system that issue of wall painting is concerned with the obligation of B.D.O. Bahariya, Allahabad as well as D.P.R.O. Allahabad is being overlooked by them.Noncompliance with government order is itself reflected from the report of B.D.O. Bahariya, Allahabad and D.P.R.O. Allahabad submitted on the jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether the attached circular was not served to entire D.P.R.Os.and Block Development Officers in the state?

Where is the honesty in this largest democracy in the world if the grievances of the people is disposed of by attaching inconsistent arbitrary report and accountable public functionaries are remained mute spectators because they are acting in caucus with lower rank staff in the government machinery. Two and half years ago Block Development Officer bahariya district Prayagraj had Ashok the district magistrate that a team has been formed which will ensure the wall painting in the village panchayat Saraijeet Rai urf pure Bhawa but still wall painting could not be done in that village panchayat which is mockery of the law of land but no action will be taken against the wrongdoer Block Development Officer because such statements and reports are submitted by taking the senior rank staffs in good faith in this anarchy.

I informed president office that their forwarded grievances, Govt. of U.P. is not taking any action

Think about the gravity of the situation that about two months passed but concerned State Public Information Officer did not provide the information sought by the information seeker while under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 there is stipulated 30 days to provide information to the information seeker. But it seems that our public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh have been habitual to violate subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information act 2005 ipso facto obvious from the concerned matter. Because of corruption law of land is always taken under teeth by the correct public functionaries and our society remains a mute spectator of it because they are disparate before this lawlessness and Anarchy.

This report has been made available to the applicant by the additional secretary, Intermediate and Highschool Board of Uttar Pradesh at Varanasi after four years of submissions of the grievance by the aggrieved student and for the last eight months near about four dozen representations submitted so that aggrieved student belonging to weaker and oppressed section may get justice. It is most unfortunate that certain objections were made by the office of aforementioned public authorities and which were removed by the aggrieved student and entire documents were sent on behalf of district inspector of school Mirzapur but the procrastination and lackadaisical approach of the staffs of the aforementioned regional office of Uttar Pradesh are continued and cunning games are still being played. Ipso facto obvious additional secretary, Intermediate and Highschool Board of Uttar Pradesh at Varanasi instead of rectifying date of birth showing keen interest in procrastination which quite obvious from the dilly-dallying approach of the concerned public staffs.
