An appeal under subsection 3 of section 19 before the state information commission, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
Whatever information had to be provided by Uttar Pradesh board of secondary education as its obligatory duty under Right to Information Act 2005 is not available on its website.

Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Honesty is the best policy of a government but what will happen if the policy will be defined by the corruption. Everyone knows that both honesty and the corruption are two contrary things which cannot Run simultaneously but it seems that concerned staff of the government not ready to compromise with their cryptic deals which are the main block in the path have good governance.

Whether it is not the reflection of limitless corruption in the office of additional secretary, regional office Varanasi which manages to get submitted grievances disposed of by writing report is attached but actually, no report is attached and following a grievance is one of such grievances.

विषय-This report has been made available to the applicant by the additional secretary, Intermediate and Highschool Board of Uttar Pradesh at Varanasi after four years of submissions of the grievance by the aggrieved student and for the last eight months near about four dozen representations submitted so that aggrieved student belonging to weaker and oppressed section may get justice. It is most unfortunate that certain objections were made by the office of aforementioned public authorities and which were removed by the aggrieved student and entire documents were sent on behalf of district inspector of school Mirzapur but the procrastination and lackadaisical approach of the staffs of the aforementioned regional office of Uttar Pradesh are continued and cunning games are still being played. Ipso facto obvious additional secretary, Intermediate and Highschool Board of Uttar Pradesh at Varanasi instead of rectifying date of birth showing keen interest in procrastination which quite obvious from the dilly-dallying approach of the concerned public staffs.

More than one and half year passed but concerned officer additional secretary regional office Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh Board of High school and Intermediate did not provide information to the information seeker because he is avoiding to be exposed in the public domain. Moreover they did not provide information in two R.T.I. Communiques. Undoubtedly corruption is rampant in the office of the additional secretary having blessing of responsible public functionaries in the Uttar Pradesh.
ReplyDeleteGrievances are disposed of by submitting arbitrary inconsistent reports on the public grievance portal and later on when information is sought from them they do not provide information whether it reflects the good governance in the Government of Uttar Pradesh where no information is made available to the information seeker and whatever penalties are imposed on the public information officers is not recovered by the government of Uttar Pradesh.
ReplyDeleteThink about the deep rooted corruption in the office of additional secretary regional office of of high school and intermediate board of government of Uttar Pradesh that student is knocking entire doors since 2015 but they did not provide him rectified certificate.
ReplyDeleteConcerned has increased the age of the student through manipulation in the date of birth. They are not rectifying the date of birth because student did not provide them bribe.
Whether there is rule of law in the office of additional secretary who is making the mockery of the rule of law in this largest democracy in the world and making a mockery of the the communications forwarded by the chief chief minister office and the president office.
