Grievance Description
Following report submitted by the public authority Central Board of Secondary Education which categorically states that regulation of fee comes under the ambit of the government of the state.
In this connection, it is informed that CBSE is an examination conducting body which affiliates schools for the conduct of secondary and senior secondary school examination on fulfilment of norms prescribed in CBSE Affiliation Byelaws. As per Rule 7.6 of CBSE Affiliation Byelaws, 2018 the acts ad regulations of the Central and State UT Governments enacted framed in connection with the regulation of fee in respect of various categories of schools situated in the state will apply to the school affiliated with CBSE also. Hence, the matter regarding fee regulation comes under the jurisdiction of the concerned State Education Department. The grievance is being forwarded to Department of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh.
During the coronavirus pandemic, there is an alarming rise in the patients of coronavirus and this epidemic grasped under its stranglehold half of the population of the country but there is a manifold increase in the corrupt activities in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Whether the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India are not mute spectators of the exploitation of vulnerable students by these money minting institutions run by the club of rich people and having the blessings of corrupt public functionaries.
Sir everyone knows that there was a complete lock down from March to June and then relaxation was made by Modi Government at the Centre but this relaxation excluded the opening of the educational institutions. Still, educational institutions are closed and innocent and gullible citizenry is being cheated in the name of online teaching.
Sir, I took admission of my daughter Bhoomika Singh and Son Beerbhadra Singh in the S.N. Public school Mirzapur today quite obvious from the attached fee receipt made available by the institute concerned.
Yogi Aditya Nath Sir had assured that when the English medium school will remain closed, then the fee will not be charged from the guardians. How the concerned institution, as well as entire institutions in the state, are charging the fee of the closure period quite obvious from the attached receipt.
Sir, the applicant is unemployed and previous institution remitted half of the fee of the Beerbhadra Singh as my daughter and was reading in the same institution in the name of concession but this institute did not show any sympathetic approach even when I reminded them a reference of government order. Whether such a ruthless approach of management of the school is justified.
They demanded the fee of one year from your unemployed applicant as can not be afforded but matter resolved after the interference of correspondence of leading Hindi daily having a humanitarian approach to your applicant so thanks to the generous person.

Rating Remarks
Here policy matter means not to close the grievance but refer to appropriate body. Undoubtedly the matter concerns the policy of the state government formulated under the law of land which may be public friendly but what rule making body framed the rule regarding the regulation of the fee when such an epidemic has taken entire country under its grasp and there was complete lockdown of the institutions during this period. How the fee is being charged by the institutions like lions school and others is justified? Here it is evident that they closed the matter arbitrarily without taking any decision consequently they allowed the money minting institutions to loot the innocent and gullible guardians in the hand of money minting institutions like Lions school and others so it is the lackadaisical approach of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, and you can say that corrupt approach that it is not interested to curb the exploitation of poor guardians in the hand of money minting institutions.

  1. Building of Lions school at Laldiggi made on the land of municipality Mirzapur city. Akhilesh Yadav Government had banned the extension of the lease as this lease was taken by cheating the municipality that it has been taken for the development garden and other children development activities but it is doing commercial activities on the land. It taking 30000 thousand rupees as admission fee and other charges extra. This extension of the lease was given by the Yogi Government in the state.

  2. How can it be justified if the instructions were closed because of the coronavirus pandemic. The order passed by the government of India was followed by the institutions at that time no online teaching was carried out initially. Most surprising they charged fee from the month of April while the students took admission in the month of September.
