* Description of Information Sought An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the implementation and ramification of the excellent transfer policy of Government of Uttar Pradesh in Gorakhpur zone of the department of forest. Transfer policy of the government is attached herewith. Undoubtedly the new transfer policy of the government was excellent but after four and half years of incumbency, the government must evaluate it. The matter concerns the office of the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur and the office of chief conservator Gorakhpur in which mockery of the transfer policy of Government of Uttar Pradesh has been made by the concerned accountable staff.The matter concerns the transfer and posting of class 1, class 2, class 3 and class 4 staff in the department of forest Gorakhpur zone especially in the office DFO and chief conservator Gorakhpur of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
