* Description of Information Sought An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh. The matter concerns communication dated 25/09/2021 sent by PIO/ Additional Police Commissioner main office commissionerate Lucknow letter number- व -475/05 (356 औ )/21 received today by Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh contained report of Dr. Archana Singh Assistant police commissioner Cantt Lucknow as enclosure. Both communication as aforementioned and its enclosure attached herewith. According to enclosure Letter number-एस टी /ए सी पी (सी)-21 (136) /2021 Dated- 22-Sept-2021, Sub inspector Satish Kumar Gupta Police station -Ashiana through its report dated-18/09/2021 provided feedback like possession of house uptill 2009 was vested to Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh thereafter Aradhana Singh not Anuradha Singh filed petition before court to direct police to lodge FIR under subsection 3 of section 156 of the criminal penal code. Subsequently police registered FIR under sections -448,406, 420,394,467,468 and 471of Indian Penal Code against Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh and his daughter and wife. Moreover Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh was detained and sent behind the bar. 

PIO/ Additional Police Commissioner may provide the following information point wise as sought.

 1-Since the applicant always submits online RTI request so PIO may provide the registration detail of the RTI request. 

2-PIO may provide the sought information detail submitted by Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh inviting aforementioned information 

3-If the information sought online, then PIO may provide reason of not submitting this information on the online portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 

Sir I have sought information but you are running away cryptically through such bogus reports only promoting corruption which is root cause corruption is touching sky in the department of police in the government of Uttar Pradesh. I may expose the Lucknow police on this matter if police commissioner Lucknow may arrange cross examination by summoning all concerned.
