Applicant is a widow not getting justice because of tyranny of Jigana police acting in biased and partial manner made our lives hell. My son Abhishesh Singh S/O Late Mr. Jagdish Singh was criminally assaulted by the offenders which non-cognizable offence information report was registered by the Jigana police on 10 April 2021 under sections of the Indian Penal Code 323 and 504, but no action by the police concerned only promoting the offenders. Detail as copy of non-cognizable offence information report of Jigana police and photographs injuries made on my son by the offenders are attached as PDF document to the representation. Case detail as registered by the Jigana police station is as follows. Complainant- Abhishesh Singh address both temporary or permanent as aforementioned. G.D. number-049, G.D. time- 19:10 which means 7:10 in the evening, date of criminal incidence took place is the same date as mentioned in G.D. and its time is 12:10. Detail of the offenders-1- Dileep Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh address as aforementioned.2-Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh.It was the first criminal assault committed by offenders on the son of widow reported to police station Jigana District- Mirzapur, but laxity on the part of police concerned caused subsequent repeated criminal assaults by the offenders on the victims. It seems that there is no rule of law and criminal elements were lurking for this fatal time. Whether police in the state wants to curb violations of human and constitutional rights of the widows in the state of Uttar Pradesh? Whether government is failed to safeguard the rights of the widows ipso facto from the cryptic working style of the police concerned.

ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that this matter was registered by the jigna police on the 10th April 2021 but no action was taken by the concerned on the matter which promoted the criminal elements who committed criminal activities again and again with the blessings of the police concerned so there is need to order a thorough enquiry into the matter so that accountability of the concerned may be fixed.
ReplyDeleteIt is proved fact that conditions of widows in the Government of Uttar Pradesh is vulnerable and their rights are being violated because of rampant corruption in the government machinery.
ReplyDeleteIf the first information report or non cognizable offence information report was registered on 10th April 2021 then why concerned police did not take action in the matter?
Non-cognizable offence information report was registered by the Jigana police on 10 April 2021 under sections of the Indian Penal Code 323 and 504, but no action by the police concerned only promoting the offenders.
ReplyDeleteHere this question arises that why the charge sheet was not sent to court by the concerned police by completing the investigation. It seems that they have languished the case which is root cause of not proceeding in the matter.
Justice must be made available to a widow if there is a rule of law in this largest democracy in the world.
ReplyDeleteFrom the post it is quite obvious that there is laxity on the part of the concerned police and most surprising is that online applications are being submitted but concerned police is not taking seriously which means they are overlooking the senior rank officers as well as chief minister office as the online applications are monitored by the chief minister office itself.
