* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the I.G.R.S. -92119700000597, office of circle officer, Bhelupur, Varanasi, date of application-01/03/2021, complaint received from CM-H. Name of the applicant - Sarita Singh, D/O Shankar Lal Singh, Address- Block number-69, flat number- 11, Indrapur colony, Jail Road, police station- Shivpur, Mobile number-7309711847Name of opposition- Hritik Ranjan S/O Rajnath, Address- New colony, ward number-25 District- Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh Brief description of complaint- Opposition denied marrying even after live in relationship. According to representation of the aggrieved applicant dated 03/03/2021, Litigation crime number- 203/2021 under I.P.C. section 376 and 406 registered against the opposition in police station- Lanka. Its investigation is being performed by sub-inspector Pradeep Kumar. Circle officer directed in-charge police station Lanka for speedy investigation.

1-Please provide the copy of medical examination report of the victim.
2- Please provide the action in the matter concerned.
3-Two sections of the IPC is imposed on accused Hritik Ranjan section 376 and 406 of the IPC as he and his family is not cooperating enquiry and not appearing before competent officers so need to take vigilant eyes on them. Please provide the information regarding the non arrest of accused Hritik Ranjan.
4-Undoubtedly it may be Lanka police may not have sent the requisite information but when concerned officers have sought information from aggrieved then it is their obligation to take him under custody but Hritik Ranjan still hatches conspiracy against the information seeker knowingly not supporting Lanka police in the investigation. Please provide the reason for not arresting the accused.

The matter concerns an adolescent girl in which no action was taken by the concerned police because of the corruption. Maximum time to complete an investigation in most complicated cases is six months but the police have forgotten their duty. Herein this matter senior rank officer having supervisory authority over Lanka police station directed for the speedy investigation but outcome remained zero because of rampant corruption and tyranny. The matter concerns with Varanasi police which is the parliamentary constituency of our great Prime Minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi who is known as most honest Prime Minister of this country but position is that rape victims are are attempting suicide in this religious City of the government of Uttar Pradesh whether it is justified? Right to information act 2005 is losing its credibility because of rampant corruption in government machinery and non compliance of its provisions because of the corrupt public functionaries of the government.
ReplyDeleteIt is a fact that government of Uttar Pradesh is not providing even single information under right to information act 2005 because they know that if they will provide information to the information seeker then it will reach into the public domain and their corrupt deeds will be exposed in the public so to avoid the corruption exposure they are avoiding to provide information under right to information act 2005.
What can be done if the government functionaries are not interested to provide justice to the weaker section specially women and girls because of corruption?
ReplyDeleteEveryone knows that Varanasi is the VIP parliamentary constituency of the Government of India and when the justice is not available to the girls and especially rape victims then think about the remote areas of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
It seems that justice is not available to women and girls which is quite obvious from the lackadaisical approach of the concerned public functionaries in the the VIP constituency to deal with the matter concerned with the rape of the victim , who was lured in the name of marriage.
ReplyDeleteHow much shameful that on the public platform our political masters claim to provide all kind of securities to the women and girls but actual fact is that no justice is available in the most VIP parliamentary constituency Varanasi which was quite obvious that few days ago a rape victim attempted to self-immolate itself as justice was not available to her.
ReplyDeleteThere is no confusion in it that Modi Sir is an honest person and in his constituency if justice is not available to women and girls then it is failure of the police and it is showing that police has been too much corrupt in this state of Uttar Pradesh and it is the failure of the state government headed by Yogi Adityanath.
