Modi Sir undoubtedly you are honest because two parliamentary elections have proved it. Aggressive assault on the opposition during the last election campaign on the issue of corruption remained exemplary and set up a precedent.

Sir, whether these dealings are not illegal?
On the grounds of such bogus transactions, later on, your department of income tax targets an anti-corruption crusader whose family is on the verge of hunger.
How can it be justified that those drawing a huge salary from the public exchequer but not satisfied and indulge in the deep-rooted corruption? If an anti-corruption crusader raises fingers against them for the betterment of society, then he is targeted in such a cunning planned way?
Why were Ram and Akbar great kings? Because both used to know the troubles of the people in a disguised way but here everything knows but doing acting of not knowing.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. Who is required to file Income Tax Return?
Anybody who is less than 60 years of age and has an annual income more than Rs2.5 lakh has to file income tax returns, according to the Income Tax Act. For senior citizens, the cut-off is Rs3 lakh, and for those who are more than 80 years old, the cut off is Rs5 lakh.
Concerned may provide the detail of high-value transactions made by me. To whom these amounts paid through these transactions and name of these beneficiaries. I think that whatever transaction is done by me, either Govt. of India, remains beneficiary or Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly my most of the time is spent on social works so because of the meagre income amount, my family is on the verge of Hunger and in this poverty, Modi government is serving notice through Income Tax Department is most ridiculous. Undoubtedly this is corrupt staff coterie wants to wreak vengeance with me because I have raised the issues concerned with the deep-rooted corruption in the Income Tax Department of the Government of India so it must be taken into account that such practices must not be promoted which may give chance to the corrupt public functionaries to wreak the vengeance with the public-spirited individuals. Undoubtedly I am capable to face them but such practice is exposing the true face of the government.
3-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Modi Sir during the election campaign in your first-time election, you had assured the people of this country to establish the rule of constitution/law i.e. protect the provisions of the constitution but where is a constitution in this largest democracy in the world? I think that there is rampant corruption, complete anarchy, lawlessness and chaos, nothing else. Undoubtedly we are far away from the truth and those who are amassing huge wealth through the corrupt practices taking entertainment and luxury and those who are struggling in their life and living below the poverty line are being targeted by the corrupt public functionaries of the Government of India and there are false assurances on the part of politicians regarding to welfare of the common people. Please take a glance of the attached documents with the representation which is proving that how the corrupt matter concerned with the serious allegations of corruption is being covered under the carpet by the corrupt public functionaries of the Income Tax Department and in the same strategy they are targeting me.

Everyone knows that there is rapidly increasing the corruption in the government machinery and to curb this corruption Government of India introduced the the right to information act 2005 to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but because of corruption this act it has also been put into the the heap of garbage.

There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public functionaries but because of corruption our public functionaries are adopting cryptic approaches to its dealings.
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of the situation that other persons mobile numbers are registered with suspicious accounts opened, the transactions in which hefty amount are transferred and department of income tax will serve the notice to those with whom Aadhar card of the anonymous mobile number is attached.
Branch manager of the State Bank of India Mirzapur City made call on my mobile phone and apprised with status of the complaint and he assured that he will provide all possible assistance so thanks for the branch manager State Bank of India Mirzapur city branch.
