* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the development authority Vindhya Vikas Pradhikaran which chairman is District Magistrate Mirzapur and Vice chairman is city magistrate Mirzapur and this authority works under the supervision of the City Magistrate Mirzapur.
Applicant seeks the following information from the city magistrate, as departmental heads according to guidelines of the state information commission are public information officers of their respective departments.
1-The RTI act 2005 was enacted by permission and authority of His Excellency, President of India. This act was enacted by the Parliament on 15.06.2005 and notified in the Gazette of India dated 21.06.2005. Which means more than 15 years passed since the date of enaction of this august act. According to subsection 1 b of section 4 of R.T.I. Act 2005, every public authority shall publish within 1 hundred and 20 days from the date of enactment this act, organization detail including salary perks and working detail including notification, gazette and budgets. Please provide the information regarding action taken under subsection 1 b of section 4 of R.T.I. Act.
2-Date of posting of entire staffs with name and designation of the Vindhya Vikas Pradhikaran in district Mirzapur must be made available.
3-Posting detail of the city magistrate in Mirzapur and original posting detail when he was commissioned as officer must be made available.
4-Provide total development budget of Vindhya Vikas Pradhikaran of financial year 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 and its description with expenditure details. 5- If some staffs posted earlier in the district and now their second or third posting in the district, then their earlier posting details must also be made available.
