Sir, Most revered Sir–Your applicant invites the kind attention of Honourable Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows. 1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that applicant is the resident of the Village- Gahiya , Post- Kamasin, Tahasil -Sadar, police station- Chilha, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231312 Mobile number-7007437910. 2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that following people wants to grab the land measured and decided by the Lekhpal and Kanungo on 16/06/2021 which was carried out under section 24 of UTTAR PRADESH REVENUE CODE, 2006 ,U.P. Act No.8 of 2012. As amended by U.P. Ordinance No.4 of 2015 and corrected by notification No.1662 dated 18 December 2015. The detail of offenders is as follows, who have no faith in the law of land. 1-Arjun Yadav S/O Chanika Prasad Yadav address-Village-Kolhua, Post-Kolhua, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 2-Kailash Nath Yadav S/O Kishun Yadav address-Village-Kolhua, Post-Kolhua, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that record of the land is attached to this grievance. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of land record of the applicant. This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. ReplyDeleteIf the citizens of this country are Taking Law in their own hands then only God can save us and this anarchy can never be compared with other anarchy because it is greatest among all them which is the root cause that every citizen is feeling troubled and worried and only calling God for the esurrection.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly it is reflecting in mismanagement and it is the failure of the concerned public functionaries and because of this mismanagement a person is being deprived of his rights and his property which was inherited to him from the ancestors is under the possession of other people who are Musclemen and who are not leaving.

ReplyDeleteOur motive is good governance but it can be achieved through rule of law but few political masters in this country want to achieve the good governance through their lawlessness and anarchy.
We cannot keep our motherland as mortgage in the hand of few few corrupt political masters.
Our motive is good governance but it is unfortunate that because of greedy political masters we are not able to achieve our goal.
ReplyDeleteHow much surprising is that those who want to curb the corruption from the society who have itself manipulated the society according to fulfill the need of corruption.
It is a fact that if our political masters want to curb the corruption from the government machinery then they must take action against the wrongdoers but they are promoting the wrongdoer and only doing politics in the name of honesty.
