  1. Here RTI request has been received on the same date which means on 23/06/2021 and today is 24/07/2021. Thus 32 days passed while PIO had to provide information within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI communique in the office of public authority.

  2. Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India during the regime of Congress but when the Bhartiya Janata party government under the leadership of Narendra Damodar Modi came into power it began to dilute the provisions of Right to information act 2005 and position is that now both the yogi and Modi government are not providing any information under Right to information act 2005.

  3. If there is fair and corruption free dealings in the department of police in the Government of Uttar Pradesh then why are they running away from providing information to the aggrieved complainant who is seeking information under right to information act 2005 by paying the proper fee to the public authority and it is obligatory duty of public authority under the law of land to provide the information to the information seeker.

  4. Here it is quite obvious that serious injuries inflicted by the wrongdoer elements on the complainants but police is putting carpet on the entire matter quite obvious from the cryptic working style at the police which is not providing information under Right to information act 2005 nor redressing the matter in transparent and accountable manner which reflects the rampant corruption in the department of police.

  5. It is well established fact that there must be fear of the law of land in the mind of criminal elements in the society so that rule of law may be established in a democratic republic but here police which is a prosecuting agency having Nexus with the criminals and acting in favour of them which is creating fear psychosis among the citizens in the state.
