आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-इस प्रत्यावेदन के साथ फोग्राफ्स संलग्न है उनका परिशीलन करे घर का पाइप यदि ड्रेनेज में डूबा हो तो क्या घर का पानी नाली में जाएगा बल्कि नाली का पानी घर में आएगा नगर पालिका सिटी महीने में कभी काल झाड़ू लगवा देगा छह सात महीने में कभी नाली साफ करवाता है विकास निधि का हिसाब मांगने पर बिच्छु डंक मारता है श्री मान जी हर प्रकरण में झूठे रिपोर्ट लगा कर पालिका प्रशासन मामले से इतिश्री कर लेता है यहां प्रार्थी सुरेकापुरम कॉलोनी की बात कर रहा है ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की अधिशाषी अधिकारी नगरपालिका मिर्ज़ापुर सिटी बिना पत्रों का परिशीलन किये बिना ही जवाब लगाते है जो की अनुशासनहीनता की कोटि में आता है इसलिए मामले का निस्तारण जिम्मेदारी से किया जाय मनमाना जवाब लगाना आराजकता का द्योतक है महोदय आप क्यों झूठी रिपोर्ट लगाते है इस समय मच्छरों की जनसँख्या १० गुनी हो चुकी है जल्द ही किसी को डेंगू होगा और उसके लिए नगर पालिका प्रशासन जिम्मेदार होगा आज कल सड़को पर पानी बह रहा है और ये पाइप लाइन विछवा रहे और कनेक्शन देने के लिए रो रहे है महोदय सुरेकापुरम के हर घर में सबमर्सिबल पंप और मेरे घर में हैंड पंप है यहां की समस्या पानी निकालने की है न की पानी बहाने की सरकारी फण्ड का मिसयूज कर रहे है इस समय सड़क ख़राब करने में लगे है सोचिये इन्हे पानी कनेक्शन के लिए कोई प्रार्थना पत्र दिया जब देता था तब कहते थे यह प्राइवेट कॉलोनी है जब सब ने कर्ज से व्यवस्था कर ली तो ये अब पानी में डुबोने की ब्यवस्था कर रहे है श्री मान जी अगर हिंदी भी समझ नहीं आती तो कम से कम से संलग्न फोटोग्राफ्स को ही देख ले नाली साफ करे जिससे सड़क और पार्क की गन्दगी दूर हो आप सड़क को सिर्फ इसलिए खोद रहे है जिससे आप यह दिखाए की यहां पाइप लाइन बिछ गई लेकिन यहां की आवश्यकता तो पानी निकालने की है इसलिए आप पानी निकालने की व्यवस्था करे न की झूठे काम दिखा कर अपना जेब भरे Undoubtedly our lives have been hell because of this corruption and our media is playing the role of glorifying the false political Masters who are too much selfish but our print and electronic media are showing them as great persons and actually scenario is totally different from this false world of print and electronic media. From the representation it is quite obvious that dwellers of the Surekapuram Colony are facing the water logging and this dirty water is entering into their houses, but precarious situation is that representations are being submitted before the accountable public functionaries, but they are not paying heed to these representations. Think about the gravity of situation that this matter is 20 years old or you can say that more than 20 years old but it is most unfortunate that governments functionaries are not taking interest in resolving the problem after residents of the surekapuram colony which is showing lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery on large scale. Think about the cleanly drive mission of the prime minister office that in 6 month sweeper cleans the drainage in the surekapuram colony. It is a real picture of the development which is being carried out by the public functionaries in this largest democracy in the world that residents of the surekapuram colony are suffering of the rain water for twenty years but no appropriate action on the part of government to the grievances of of these people whether it reflects the good governance as you political Masters are claiming to provide good governance to the citizens of this country through print and electronic media but the factual position is terrific.
