Grievance Details : Now the matter is not only concerned with criminal offence cheating and non providing services but also cryptic dealings like misleading the public functionaries concerned. As in the following earlier grievance I had sought the refund as the item became defective within one month of purchase as it was third grade but one was repaired by them but now their approaches are obnoxious so after checking damage if found not damaged they may refund and must be prosecuted for cheating and harassing the applicant. Mr. Expert Staff , you must know that whatever damage you are indicating that is the tempering glass not the display screen which has covered the screen of the mobile. This tempering glass has played its role. Undoubtedly this screen guard is non living but it is performing its role but you are a living creature but cunning enough to avoid your duties and cheat innocent and gullible customers. Undoubtedly you are escaping from providing the guaranteed services which means you are avoiding the terms and conditions which were set up during the selling of the item. More over I have not raised problem concerned with the display screen but problem concerned with the SIM tool and the software concerned with the audio which means you are searching clinching evidence to escape from providing services so it is your obligatory duty that you may refund the price paid by the applicant during the purchase of the item as you are running away from providing the services guaranteed during the purchase of the item and you have broken post terms and conditions. 1 2824684 UTTAR PRADESH Yogi M. Undoubtedly this screen guard is non living but it is performing its role but you are a living creature but cunning enough to avoid your duties and cheat innocent and gullible customers. Undoubtedly you are escaping from providing the guaranteed services which means you are avoiding the terms and conditions which were set up during the selling of the item. Moreover I have not raised problem concerned with the display screen but problem concerned with the SIM tool and the software concerned with the audio which means you are searching clinching evidence to escape from providing services so it is your obligatory duty that you may refund the price paid by the applicant during the purchase of the item as you are running away from providing the services guaranteed during the purchase of the item and you have broken post terms and conditions. Here aggrieved applicant proved that staff of the company has malicious approach to the applicant. It is quite obvious that our consumer rights are no more safe in this largest democracy in the world if the consumer grievances will be dealt in such a negligent way as inconsistent arbitrary reply is being given by the staff of the company and no action is being taken by the public a staff because of the corruption in the government machinery. Think about the gravity of situation that concerned company is not interested to provide the services of warranty as the terms and condition was set up during the purchase of the item. My demand is to correct the the SIM tool which is not working properly and this demand was made in the month of February and this product was delivered on 17th December 2020 which means just after 1 month of the delivery of the item it's sim tool was not working which means they have provided 3rd grade item to the customer which is not only unjustified but they also violated the consumer rights of the applicant. Accountability of public functionaries is never fixed which is the root cause of this Anarchy and lawlessness which is being promoted by the public functionary itself in this largest democracy in the world and the need of hour is to take stern action against the wrongdoer but it is most unfortunate thing is that who will Bell the cat if most are corrupt how the action against corrupt will be taken? As the shepherds manage the Sheep In The likewise manner we citizens of this country are being managed by our political Masters undoubtedly our conditions are deplorable.

Grievance Details : This was today informed them through email and conversation is attached. Following email was sent on Sun 21-02-2021 12:52 PM to you Honourable Sirs which PDF is attached. Subsequently I Kall company repaired the first mobile. But the second mobile was not repaired with the promise that it will be repaired later on. It is to be noted that the model number of the second mobile number is actually K320 and on its box K300 and a screenshot of software is attached to this representation. Please direct the company to remove the defects of audio which is sometimes automatically stopped and simtool first is not working properly.

Grievance Details : I Kall company may refund the cost paid by the customer as it failed to provide services and provided third grade item. Undoubtedly I Kall company is showing its real face of acting like cheaters. Today its customer care talked with me and asked to share the photographs of the item under warranty. Applicant immediately said that I have shared the photographs earlier on 2 Jul 2021, 16:17 (4 days ago) but she said that it is too old. Thereafter I said I will again share the current images. After receiving the email she immediately replied as Dear Sir/Madam Thanks for contacting us. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. As per telephonic conversation, our product has damage and same will not consider in warranty. You need to pay damage cost for further repairing. Kindly confirm on same so that we can proceed for further action. Your co-operation is highly appreciated Regards, Care Team Now you Hon'ble Sir may take a glance of the currently shared images/ photographs of the item under warranty attached to grievance. If the aforementioned product is damaged, then action may be taken against the applicant as I am claiming the item is not damaged, quite obvious from the photographs of the item under warranty. If the item found not damaged, then concerned staff of the I Kall company may be prosecuted under the sections of Indian Penal Code applied for cheating and appropriate penalty may be imposed on the I Kall company for depriving the customers from the services of warranty arbitrarily.

  2. Illegal gratification has been integral part of this government machinery which is the root cause there is no fear in the mind of executive officers of the wrongdoers companies.

    Think about the quality of the product produced by the company that within one month of the purchase, item became defective.
    Now concerned staff of the company and concerned staff of government are colluding with each other and not providing services as well as not refunding the prices made during the purchase of the item.

  3. There is large scale violation of consumer rights in the Government of India because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery. Companies manufacturing 3rd standard item and they are selling it by making false promises and when the Complaints are made they did not take any action in the matter because our government functionaries act in caucus with the company staff.

  4. There is quite evident that staff of the company I kall are not providing their services as the pre terms and condition was decided during the purchase of the item which is a mockery of the provisions of the consumer protection act.
    They have to correct the SIM tool and audio of the handset which is not concerned with the LCD and still the handset is under well usable condition which is being used properly.

  5. Action must be taken against the wrongdoer company I Kall as they denied
    the warranty services to the customer.. Here the staff of the company has broken the terms and condition SRT up during the purchase of the item so they must pay the price of the item made during the purchase of the item.
