* Prayer or Relief Sought Application, in order to seek information from the Public Information Officer, was submitted on 25th November 2019 and today is 19th January 2020 which means 1 month 25 days passed and Public Information Officer did not furnish access to information which is violation of subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005, according to that provision, Public Information Officer has to provide the information within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application in the office of public authority but here, in this case, ipso facto obvious that Public Information Officer remained failed in performing its duty. According to the status of the application, it has been received on 23rd November 2019 by the concerned nodal Officer but he did not take any action in the matter. RTI communiqué and its status are attached.

Short submissions.1-SPIO had to provide the sought information within 30 days from the date of receipt of R.T.I. Communiqué but deliberately not provided information within the stipulated time. Consequently violated provision, subsection 1 of section 7 of R.T.I. Act of 2005.
2-Matter is concerned with the deep-rooted corruption so he is trying to conceal the information to shield wrongdoers of the department which can never be justified.
3-If the municipality Mirzapur city is running the developmental activities, not on the papers, then they must provide the information otherwise their integrity is under the cloud.

It is quite obvious that following information sought by the information seeker does not concern housing and urban planning department which means FAA is an incompetent staff of the government of Uttar Pradesh having no knowledge of the English and supported the corrupt stand of the PIO who made the mockery of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 liable to be terminated from the service.

आज तक इन लोगों ने कोई सूचना नहीं दिया इसका क्या कारण है वह बेहतर समझते हैं जब विकास का पैसा एक भी विकास के कार्य में नहीं लगेगा सिर्फ कागजों पर विकास होगा इस योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार में तो फिर सूचना कहां से देंगे सूचना देंगे तो एक्सपोर्ट नहीं होंगे यही कारण है कि यह लोग सूचना देने से भाग रहे हैं इन्हें समय से सूचना दे देनी चाहिए तभी तो विकास का जो प्रयास है वह सफल होगा अन्यथा विकास विकास चिल्लाने से तो विकास होगा नहीं
