Board are causing hardships to students. If the aggrieved student may not apply for the correction through the principal of the institution concerned, then accept the attached application for the correction signed by aggrieved student attached to this representation. The matter concerns the report letter number-4416 dated-27/10/2020 of the Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi of the public authority Board of secondary education, Prayag raj Uttar Pradesh. The aforementioned communication addressed to personal secretary Chief Minister/ Deputy Chief Minister also sent to Additional Secretary IGRS, Board of Secondary Education, Prayag Raj Uttar Pradesh. According to the contents of the aforementioned communication, the matter concerns the correction in the name of a student of Roll number-2583595 appeared in the exam of High school in the year 2020. They expressed inability in the correction because no application made before them with consistent supporting documents yet. The rectification in the name of the examinee, they are not doing only because of the cryptic dealings in the working of the public authority. Aggrieved student Neelkamal is knocking the doors of the concerned public staff from the date, he got the admit card. The applicant told them the factual position of the matter. The aggrieved student applied for the rectification in the name before the principal of the Institution concerned but institution returned the Mark Sheet on 14/12/2020 by taking the recourse of fact that staff of the regional office Varanasi is not accepting the application so the aggrieved itself may submit the application for the rectification in the name. Herewith the signed application of the aggrieved student along with the supportive documents available to aggrieved. If the aggrieved student may not apply for the correction through the principal of the institution concerned, then accept the attached application for the correction signed by aggrieved student attached to this representation.

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of NEELKAMAL. The matter is concerned with the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Board of secondary education, Prayagraj.
Name of aggrieved applicant is Neelkamal but U.P. Board omitted kamal and now Neel is the name of Neelkamal in the Highschool mark sheet.
Here candidate name in the attached High school mark sheet is NEEL. Where is KAMAL? Please tell me how many years this poor student will pursue the matter in the regional office Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
Herewith this representation Aadhar card of the aggrieved applicant NEELKAMAL is attached which is explicitly proving the claim of the aggrieved. Admit card of the aggrieved applicant NEELKAMAL is attached to this representation which proves the claim of the applicant. One certificate of the ninth standard of Uttar Pradesh Board of secondary education proves the claim of the aggrieved applicant NEELKAMAL.

Everyone knows that there is rampant corruption in the working of the public authority regional office Varanasi of the secondary board in the government of Uttar Pradesh. They take bribe ranges between Rs.3500 and upper limit not decided. Here the name of the institution they take to conceal the wrongdoings. For five years, vulnerable students are knocking the doors of accountable public functionaries, unfortunately, no reprieve for them in this anarchy. If anybody wants his job done in the office aforementioned, then he must keep at least Rs.5000 in his pocket to pay a bribe to concern tables. One student was telling me for minor error in the name of the father, he had to pay Rs.3500.He was suffering for three years. You may write the representations to the accountable public functionaries, they will put them in a dustbin by attaching arbitrary reports. You can say that no transparency and accountability in the working of public authority because of rampant corruption and blessings

ReplyDeleteThink about the corruption in the regional office Varanasi of the board of High school and intermediate at prayagraj government of Uttar Pradesh that they take bribe from vulnerable students for the minor correction in the mark sheets and certificates which are mostly done by the staff of the board deliberately to increase the back door income.
ReplyDeleteSuch practices must be curbed by the accountable key functionaries of the government but our political masters itself promoting the corruption in the government machinery.
Now the matter has been reported to the State Human Rights Commission UP Uttar Pradesh and we should wait and watch the next progress in the matter it may be that there may be less corruption in those departments and if they have invited the application may take action in the matter..
ReplyDeleteCorruption puts the screen of ignorance on the brain of the individual which is the root cause he cannot determine what is right are what is wrong in either of the cases whether individual be male sex or fair sex.
ReplyDeleteBecause of this illusion they are overlooking the grievances of the students belonging to the weaker and downtrodden section and not working fairly for them.
They should correct name of student because this error was made by them instead of creating problem before the student as this error was committed by the staff of the board so it is obligatory duty of the accountable staff of the board to take necessary steps in the matter so that problem of the student may be redressed as soon as possible.
