Sonbhadra may be directed to provide X Ray report carried out in the case of Kamlesh Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh on the request of in-charge police station-Jigana, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and also put the light on the progress of X ray report so that transparency and accountability may be ascertained. आवेदक का नाम-Kamlesh Singhविषय-सेवा में पुलिस अधीक्षक जिला -मिर्ज़ापुर , उत्तर प्रदेश विषय -दीनानाथ यादव कुल ६००० रुपये ले चुके कार्यवाही के नाम पर किन्तु अभी तक एक भी अभियुक्त गिरप्तार नहीं हुए महोदय श्री मान जी ३५०० रुपये की बोलेरो गाड़ी करके २७ मई २०२१ को जिगना थाने से सोनभद्र गए मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन वास्ते क्योकि दिनांक २६ मई २०२१ सर्रोई प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सर्रोई द्वारा मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन करने के पश्चात् मामले को मंडलीय अस्पताल हजरत यूसुफ इमाम मंडलीय हॉस्पिटल अग्रसारित किया क्योकि उनके पास एक्स रे की ब्यवस्था नहीं है किन्तु २६ तारीख को कोई डॉक्टर उपरोक्त जिला अस्पताल उपस्थित नहीं थे और दूसरे दिन जिला अस्पताल के डॉक्टर मामले को जिला सोनभद्र जिला अस्पताल भेज दिए Report of the doctor of Sarroi Primary health centre is attached to the grievance as well as report of the sub inspector Chhotu Ram is also attached to the representation according to it Jigana police is awaiting the X Ray report to proceed in the matter. Sir X Ray of the victim Kamlesh Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh was carried out in the government hospital Sonbhadra on 27 May 2021 and today is 07 July 2021 which means one month 10 days passed but unfortunately report did not reach to Jigana police. Offenders are running scot-free in the name X ray report. Whether procrastination in taking action against offenders in the name of X Ray report can be justified by any canon law. Here I want to quote Latin maxim as- Justice must not only be done, but must be seen to be done. Where is justice if all the concerned are not only procrastination but few are subverting the evidences and making undue delay to languish the case. Famous maxim, justice delay is justice denied. Sir discretion always open the gate of arbitrariness and tyranny consequently results in grave injury to rule of law culminating into lawlessness anarchy and chaos.

ReplyDeleteTo control the law and order is the state subject and it is obligatory duty of the government functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh to ensure justice at their doors. Unfortunately it is most surprising that this justice is not reaching to them even payment of heavy bribe.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly the complaints are being made but no appropriate action in accordance with the law of land are being taken on those complaints which is the root cause of all miseries.
Our motive is good governance. On the one side of screen both Modi and yogi talk of development but think about the gravity of situation that where is development if Jigna police had to go Sonbhadra district for X ray as the facility is not available in district Mirzapur whether such is the development as claimed by our development man prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi.

Whether it is not mis management?
There is importance of the motive in the matter and why police is procrastinating in the matter on the flimsy ground that must be subjected to the enquiry by competent authority.
