Mr. First Appellate Authority Right to Information Act 2005 is the special Act passed for specific purpose to provide information to citizens of this country dealing with the provisions available under Right to Information Act 2005. CPIO denial of sought information is arbitrary and ultra vires to the provisions of Right to Information Act.  According to subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005, it shall be obligatory duty of every public authority to provide reasons for its decisions to parties concerned. It is unfortunate that decisions of CPIO denying sought information is corrupt, arbitrary and cryptic in nature and showing he is incompetent for the post of CP[O ipso facto. CPIO is acting against the spirit of RTI Act 2005.

  2. Undoubtedly the matter is serious because prime minister office is not providing the status of the grievances as it is showing error when the applicant or complainant seeks the status from the website and more surprising thing is that they are denying information under right to information act 2005 regarding the applications which are invited by the by the prime minister office which means they themselves are cooperating the corruption which has grown in the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

  3. If the status of the grievance is not opening on the public grievance portal of Government of India which are submitted on the prime minister office then it is a great difficulty before the citizens and there belief and faith will trimble.
If they are running away from providing information under right to information act 2005 then it is nothing new because it is expected from them when the Bhartiya Janata party government came into power then it began to dilute the provisions of the right information act 2005.

  4. If the corruption will grow up like Jungle fire then such Anarchy is quite expected in the government machinery.
They are hiding the status of the grievances submitted by the aggrieved to citizens which means they are not taking any action on those grievances because of the corruption prevailed in our government machinery.
Where is the Social Justice in our government machinery if the grievances of the people are not adressed properly.
