If the Bharti Airtel Limited is honest, then it may provide the internet surfing detail as aggrieved applicant is seeking from beginning.
Here it is well established fact that Airtel company steals data of the consumers, and it does not provide the satisfactory services to the consumers its ulterior design is hidden before the consumers as it does not provide the promised data to the consumers to use if they are honest why are they not providing user data detail and their navigations so that everything may be clear.
On 22 June 2021, you exhausted the entire 1.5 GB data in just 20 minutes and again sought that applicant may purchase the internet pack of 3 GB data or 12 GB for 98 INR through SMS. Whether such corrupt practices on the part of the corrupt Airtel company is justified? Applicant is using Airtel 4 G dongle and 4 G services of the Airtel service provider are in dilapidated state. Which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot of a speed test taken online. Think about the gravity of the situation that even Gmail pages are not loading, showing errors quite obvious from the attached screenshot.
Whether under such circumstances, my demand for a refund of an internet pack of 598 INR is unjustified? Repeated complaints are being made but they are not mending their ways as they are worms of corruption so can not come out from the mud of corruption.
It is quite obvious that staff of service provider Airtel company is not redressing the grievance according to the prayer and submissions made by the complainant, but they are submitting inconsistent arbitrary reports on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and applicant is making efforts so that they may provide the data user report along with the navigation report but company Airtel is running away from providing such information which may expose the corrupt deeds of the staff of the company through which they are looting the innocent and gullible citizens of this country.

They must provide the internet surfing to the complainant, so that matter may be resolved, but company staffs are not doing so, which means something is wrong and problem may sort out through appropriate action. It is quite obvious from the post that the service providing company Airtel looting its customers by stealing their data which is purchased by the customers through internet packs if they are right why are they not providing data user detail of the concerned complainant? Here it is quite obvious that aggrieved applicant has demanded the total uses data by the users and navigation detail in the particular time which can be provided by the service provider company Airtel and if not providing which means Airtel company is a defaulter company, and it is obligatory duty of the government functionaries to take action against such evildoer service providers who are proliferating illegal business in this largest democracy in the world and if not taking this implies that government

  1. Demand of the aggrieved is simple and acceptable, but it seems that no one wants to accept truth in this anarchy.
    They must provide the internet surfing to the complainant, so that matter may be resolved, but company staffs are not doing so, which means something is wrong and problem may sort out through appropriate action. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of service providing companies and it is obligatory duty of the regulatory bodies in this country that they may take appropriate steps in case of violation of consumer rights of the customers but it seems that we are governed by the Jungle rule because our political masters do not believe in the provisions of constitution and the law of land which is the root cause for our consumer rights are no more safe in this largest democracy in the world.

  3. Undoubtedly the situation is grim if it is confirmed that our public functionaries will not pay heed to our grievances and concerned service provider company will submit arbitrary and inconsistent reply on the public grievance portal of the Government of India.
    If the service providing company Airtel is honest then it must provide the internet surfing detail of the uses.

It is obligatory duty that Airtel company to follow the ethical values in providing the services to the customers as standard of business depends upon the quality of services provided by the service providing companies to the customer and if it will not Reform its services then it will face itself difficulty in carrying out the business more over there must be transparency and accountability in the dealings are the Airtel company otherwise customers will be frustrated from there stealing of data.

  5. If they are stealing internet data and public functionaries are overlooking it which means they are acting in caucus/
