Because of mismanagement and negligence of the public staffs, mother cows are dying of infectious serious disease Hoof and mouth disease which spread like an epidemic because of dereliction of the concerned public staffs.मिर्जापुर। पशु आश्रय स्थलों में रखे गए पशु आश्रय स्थलों का हाल बेहाल है। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि पशुओं को चारा नहीं दिया जा रहा है। भूसा की जगह पुआल का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है। ऐसे में कई पशुओं की मौत भी होने की बात कही जा रही हैजिले में अस्थायी रूप से एक दर्जन पशु आश्रय स्थलों की व्यवस्था की गई है। इन जगहों पर घूम रहे छुट्टा पशुओं को पकड़कर रखने की व्यवस्था की गई है। नगर में भी दो पशु आश्रय स्थल बनवाए गए हैं। एक एएसजे इंटर कालेज के सामने कांजीहाउस में तथा दूसरा गैबी घाट में। इन दोनों ही जगहों पर रखे गए पशुओं का हाल बेहाल है। आसपास के लोगों का आरोप है कि पशुओं को जब कोई छुड़ाने जाता है तो उससे 70 रुपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से खुराक चार्ज लिया जाता है। जबकि पशुओं को पुआल खिलाया जा रहा है। इससे कई पशुओं के जीवन पर संकट आ गया है। नागरिकों का तो यहां तक आरोप है कि पुआल के चलते ही कई पशुओं की मौत हो चुकी है। अब भी इसी तरह से काम चलाया जा रहा है। जिला प्रशासन की ओर से इसके लिए बजट जारी करने की बात कही जा रही है। मौके पर एकाध कर्मचारी ही दिखाई दे रहे हैं। जारी कर दिया गया है बजट इन पशु आश्रय स्थलों के लिए जिला प्रशासन की ओर से 16 लाख 34 हजार चार सौ रुपये का बजट जारी कर दिया गया है। आठ पशु आश्रय स्थलों के लिए बजट जारी किया गया है। इसमें से नगर क्षेत्र के पशु आश्रय स्थल के लिए चार लाख 51 हजार आठ सौ रुपये का बजट जारी किया गया है।

An application under article 32 of the constitution of India. To Chief Justice of India /companion judges of the apex court Supreme Court of India , New Delhi India Undoubtedly government is not serious in order to upgrade the deteriorating conditions of mother cow quite obvious from the dealings of its accountable public functionaries. Because of mismanagement and negligence of the public staffs, mother cows are dying of infectious serious disease Hoof and mouth disease which spread like an epidemic because of dereliction of the concerned public staffs. With due respect and regard to Hon’ble Sir, the appellant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. An enquiry under article 51 A of the constitution of India as a step towards the betterment of the Society. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform; (i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence; (j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that growing number of cows death was taken seriously by the apex court of India so its staff diarised the matter but it seems that its effect would be void in this anarchy where lawlessness, anarchy and tyranny are rampant in the government machinery. पालतू पशु घूमते मिले तो गोपालकों पर लगेगा भारी जुर्माना: योगी
गोरखपुर। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने चेताया कि अगर सड़कों-चौराहों पर पालतू पशु घूमते मिले तो गोपालकों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि ऐसे पशु गोशाला में पकड़ कर लाए जाते हैं और गोपालक उसे लेने पहुंचते हैं तो उन्हे जुर्माना चुकाना होगा।
शनिवार की शाम दो दिवसीय दौरे पर गोरखपुर पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने सबसे पहले महेवा मंडी परिसर में बने कान्हा उपवन व गोशाला का लोकार्पण किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने बताया कि शहरों और गांवों में बेसहारा घूम रहे गोवंश के संरक्षण के लिए सरकार की तरफ से सभी जिलों को पर्याप्त धनराशि उपलब्ध कराई गई है। सरकार के इस प्रयास से वर्तमान में प्रदेश के भीतर चार लाख बेसहारा गोवंशियों को सहारा मिल रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की इस व्यवस्था से आस्थावान लोगों को गोवंश की देखभाल और सेवा का अवसर तो मिलेगा ही पशुओं के चलते बिगड़ रही यातायात व्यवस्था भी सही की जा सकेगी। साथ ही सड़कों, चौराहों पर कहीं कोई बुजुर्ग, महिला या किसी बच्चे को घूमने वाले पशुओं के हमले का शिकार नहीं बनना पड़ेगा। योगी ने बताया कि गोरखपुर के कान्हा उपवन की क्षमता 1200 से 1500 पशुओं की है। इस उपवन में गोवंशी पशुओं को चार हिस्से में बांट कर रखा जाएगा। बछड़ों के लिए अलग इंतजाम होगा तो गर्भवती गायों और अन्य बेसहारा पशुओं के लिए भी अलग से व्यवस्था होगी। इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री ने गोशाला का निरीक्षण किया और व्यवस्था संचालकों को गोवंशी पशुओं की देखरेख के लिए जरूरी सलाह दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने पौधरोपण भी किया। इस दौरान महापौर सीताराम जायसवाल, भाजपा के क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष डॉ धर्मेंद्र सिंह आदि मौजूद रहे। Pasted from <https://www.amarujala.com/uttar-pradesh/gorakhpur/kanha-upvan-in-gorakhpur-gorakhpur-city-news-gkp312927561> 4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that so called these shelters of the cow mother is only on papers nothing else. When these cows are travelling on roads congregating at four corner road and in various Mohalla's which means entire claims of state government functionaries are hollow and they are only sounding like drums.
