Sir, Most revered Sir–Your applicant invites the kind attention of Honourable Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows. 1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that applicant is the resident of the Village- Gahiya , Post- Kamasin, Tahasil -Sadar, police station- Chilha, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231312 Mobile number-7007437910. 2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that following people wants to grab the land measured and decided by the Lekhpal and Kanungo on 16/06/2021 which was carried out under section 24 of UTTAR PRADESH REVENUE CODE, 2006 ,U.P. Act No.8 of 2012. As amended by U.P. Ordinance No.4 of 2015 and corrected by notification No.1662 dated 18 December 2015. The detail of offenders is as follows, who have no faith in the law of land. 1-Arjun Yadav S/O Chanika Prasad Yadav address-Village-Kolhua, Post-Kolhua, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 2-Kailash Nath Yadav S/O Kishun Yadav address-Village-Kolhua, Post-Kolhua, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that record of the land is attached to this grievance. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of land record of the applicant. This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. ReplyDeleteHere it is quite obvious that there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings a public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh which is the root cause of this problem.
ReplyDeleteFrom the documents it is quite obvious that aggrieved applicant has undisputed land but it is made disputed because of the corrupt dealings of the staff of the tahsil Sadar.
Think about the gravity of situation that whether it is a rule of law whatever is going on in our government machinery that is because of the cryptic dealings of our public functionaries which is motivated through corruption.
ReplyDeleteIf the land was measured by the lekhpal and kanungo then why concerned opposition dared to oppose that measurements of the land?
Our motive is good governance but where is good governance if the people like Manjit Kumar Pandey is suffering even after paying the money to the concerned public functionaries who measured the land but because of the lure to earn more money through back door income they are playing the role of double agent.
ReplyDeleteIf the protectors be Predator then who will decide the destiny and here it is fitted correctly in this government machinery in this largest democracy in the world.
ReplyDeleteOur motive is good governance but when the the wrongdoers will be given key post in the government machinery then how the rights of the vulnerable section will remain safe?
