The matter concerns with the poor data supply speed on the mobile number 7379105911 which is quite obvious that yesterday entire services of BSNL were disrupted. Whether arbitrariness and non transparency in providing the public services by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited a public sector undertakings of the Government of India is justified? This is not the first complaint against the third grade services being provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, but they are habitual to harass the customers as they are addicted to provide such bad services as integral part of their bad practices. Moreover, my dwelling place Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001 is just closed to Surekapuram Telephone exchange, so network is better in comparison to service providers in the area. More than one month because of casualty I had to go my village where 3 G services were not available, so they only charged subscription without providing services and now when I am living in Surekapuram they are not providing network data speed which is causing zero navigation. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is acting like paralysed body which presence has zero effect for them. I have sent messages to them numerous time, but outcome remained zero. Whether parrot report inconsistent with submissions of the grievance in the regime of Modi Sir by BSNL is justified?
Other complaints and their inconsistent and arbitrary redressal are attached to the grievance for perusal of the Honourable Sir. If Modi government is more interested to sell the public sector company B.S.N.L. ,then it must sell so that its services may improve.

How much surprising that our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi embodiment of development but most of the public sector undertakings are being sold whether such is the development. Undoubtedly we are not intellectually developed because we are being misled by stupid persons and we are not able to find the actual position whether it is not our misfortune.

Grievance Status for registration number : DOTEL/E/2021/20279Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M P SinghDate of Receipt 22/06/2021Received By Ministry/Department TelecommunicationsOfficer Name Shri RAMJI TEWARIOfficer Designation GMTDContact Address OFFICE OF GMTD BSNL MIRZAPURसोचिये तीन चार दिन से नेटवर्क एक दम कार्य नहीं कर रहा है शिकायत पर शिकायत हो रहा कोई असर नहीं है मेरे लड़के का ऑनलाइन क्लास छूट रहा है पिछले एक महीने से इसलिए नेटवर्क नहीं दे पाए क्योकि जोपा एक्सचेंज पर सिर्फ टू जी की सुविधा उपलब्ध थी चलिए संतोष कर लिए किन्तु अब तो हम पुनः सुरेकापुरम आ गए और मेरा आवास ठीक सुरेकापुरम टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज के बगल में है फिर चार दिन से नेटवर्क क्यों गायब है व्यवस्था सुधारना राम जी तिवारी के बश की बात नहीं है उसके लिए प्रशासनिक क्षमता चाहिए सोचिये जब से GMTD के पद पर सिर्फ मिर्ज़ापुर टेलीफोन विभाग को डुबोए ही होंगे इस समय कोई भी टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज काम नहीं कर रहे है बड़ी संख्या में उपभोक्ताओं ने होने टेलीफोन नंबर को बी एस एन एल से दुसरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर के यहां पोर्ट करा लिए शिकायत करने पर कहते है जा कर आप भी पोर्ट करा लो हमे तो तनख्वाह मिलेगी ही क्या हम चतुर्थ श्रेणी के कर्मचारी है जिसे सरकार मनमानी तरीके से अनिवार्य सेवा निवृत्ति देगी अब तो सरकार डीजल भो नहीं दे रही है सामान का भी पैसा नहीं दे रही पुराने समानो से काम चल रहा है इसलिए बिगड़ेगा ही सोचिये आज जब दुसरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स ५ जी की बात कर रहे है तो महोदय टू जी से काम चला रहे है यदि बेचना ही चाहते हो तो जल्दी करो परेशान क्यों कर रहे हो वैसे भी अधिकतर टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज डेड पड़े हुए है शिकायत के बावजूद आज तक चालू नहीं हुए है विभाग बेचना है तो जल्दी करिये उपभोक्ताओं को क्यों रुला रहे है उनका क्या दोष है सुरेकापुरम टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज बगल में है लेकिन यहां किसी परमानेंट या टेम्परेरी स्टाफ की नियुक्ति तक नहीं किये है जो बैठते थे उन्हें अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्ति मिल गयी जब शहर की ये हालत है तो गावों की क्या हालत होगी कोई भी गेस कर सकता है एक समय था हर कोई बी एस एन एल यूज़ करता था आज कोई नहीं करता आज बी एस एन एल का सिम ब्लैक में बिकने की बात दूर कोई पूछ नहीं रहा है विकास की बात करते है और जो है उसे

Think about gravity of situation that service providers like jio and Airtel are thinking about the 5G and our Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which is a government undertaking has reached to 2G from 3G such is the deteriorating condition of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited acting under the supervision of the prime minister office whose head is our prime minister Narendra Modi Sir. If our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi Ji is a man of development or you can say that embodiment of development then, what is the cause of rampant corruption in the office of the public authority Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which is subordinate organization of the ministry of communication and ministry of communication is the subordinate ministry of the prime minister office.

Undoubtedly it is an excellent question that if our prime minister is embodiment of development then why public sector undertakings are being sold on large scale in this largest democracy in the world because public sector undertakings are also the symbol of richness of a nation.

Whether to sell the public sector undertakings on the large scale is a development? It is obligatory duty of an executive to manage the available institutions up to their optimum capability but here more priority is given to the selling of the public sector undertakings which is quite obvious from the working style after current admin status.
ReplyDeleteIt is most unfortunate that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has reached on the Nadir under the Regime of our great Prime Minister Narendra Modi Sir because he is the embodiment of development which is proving that he is an skilled administrator which is the root cause intelligent citizens of this country have confidence on him. Earlier staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited used to steal diesel but he has made plan to Stopall the telephone exchanges now theft diesel has been curbed.

ReplyDeleteIn the name of development he has sold 105 public sector undertakings which were worthless for the country and left a large number of people unemployed whose families on the verge of hunger and he told a talisman that those not working have no rights of meal
