Think about the gravity of the situation, the matter concerns a lackadaisical approach of the police to take action against the offenders which is provoking offenders to act against the victim. Moreover, circle officer city Mr. Prabhat Rai is submitting the same parrot reply without taking perusal of the contents of the grievance which are not only inconsistent to the contents of the grievance but also arbitrary as they do not touch the grievance in any way. How can the state government tolerate such an irresponsible officer who is careless too much? Whether the government of Uttar Pradesh lacks honest and sincere officers in the department of police as promoting such an irresponsible officer who does not do its obligatory duties sincerely. Such acts only show negligence to the public duty but who will take action? Whether in this lawlessness and anarchy, justice may be available to weaker and downtrodden sections? Such tyranny and arbitrariness in the department of police made the lives of peace-loving people hell in this largest democracy in the world hell. Such practices must not be allowed by the Yogi Adityanath government which is claiming promotion of law and order in the state in comparison to previous governments.

भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 325 के अनुसार, धारा 335 द्वारा प्रदान किए गए मामले को छोड़कर जो कोई भी किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को स्वेच्छापूर्वक गंभीर चोट पहुचाता है तो उसे किसी एक अवधि के लिए कारावास की सजा जिसे सात वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, और साथ ही वह आर्थिक दंड के लिए भी उत्तरदायी होगा।

यह एक जमानती, संज्ञेय अपराध है और किसी भी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा विचारणीय है।इसके अलावा अपराधिओं पर पुलिस द्वारा ३२३ और ५०४ लगाया गया है किन्तु अभी तक गिरप्तारी की कार्यवाही नहीं की गई और अभियुक्त पुलिस के सामने प्रार्थी को धमका रहे है जो कानून व्यवस्था का भद्दा मजाक है श्री मान जी धारा ३२५ , ३२३ और ५०४ भारतीय दंड विधान की धाराएं लगाने के बाद पुलिस के समक्ष प्रार्थी के साथ बदसलूकी पुलिस की अखंडता पर सवालिया निसान नहीं पैदा करते है पुलिस की अखंडता संदिग्ध नहीं है
After lengthy struggle Lalit Mohan Kasera succeeded to register F.I.R. against the offenders under section 325, 323 and 504 of I.P.C.but no action still. Sir, the applicant got six stitches in the head which might be fatal to the applicant, Sir, the applicant suffered a fracture of the bone of the hand, there was no part of the body which was not hurted by the offenders and blood of the applicant spread on the floor and the scenario was terrific but think about integrity of the police concerned that still no F.I.R. has been registered in the matter .
