Grievance Description
Whether it is not true that government commenced the digging the roads of Mohalla -Surekapuram in the beginning of the month of April 2022 and it is the month of September 2022 but nothing signal of the completion of work and dwellers of the Surekapuram colony are confined to live in their houses if it rains. This project is being carried out by the Infracon service providing company working under the monitoring of department Namami Gange specifically formed by government of Uttar Pradesh for such purposes. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of this department of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Both the working and monitoring body are indulged in corrupt activities and wasting the money of the public exchequer.
The Concerned working body is not pursuing the setup norms of the government and providing third grade services, but they have taken the monitoring body in good faith quite obvious from their cryptic working style. Repeated complaints are being made against their arbitrariness and tyranny but the entire R.T.I. requests and complaints have been unproductive because of the rampant corruption in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Whether the grievances will be redressed by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City by sitting in the chair of the office which is quite of yes from the arbitrary report submitted by them. Here the core issue is to cover the drainage by the lids but it was not done by them and whether concerned staff will submit the affidavit in this regard. It is the obligatory duty of the concerned accountable public functionary to make enquiry to the local people in the Surekha Puram colony so that fact may come to the light. It is a grave question that when problems are still as it is, then how can grievances be grievances considered disposed of? यह एक गंभीर प्रश्न है कि जब समस्याएं जस की तस हैं, तो शिकायतों का निपटारा कैसे किया जा सकता है? The matter concerns the mismanagement of Jal Nigam water corporation District-Mirzapur. Jal Nigam water corporation-initiated sewage work in the first week of April 2022 and now it is 04 September 2022 which means it is the fifth month about to be spent by Jal Nigam. It is quite obvious that accountable public functionaries of the Jal Nigam never thought about the convenience of the dwellers of the Surekapuram. They have made our lives hell quite obvious from the attached photographs to the grievance. Jal Nigam has imprisoned us in our houses ipso facto from over spread mud and drainage water on the roads. No one can visit us and we can not go outside to buy household things. Children can not attend their schools regularly. In short they have made us so vulnerable that we can only pray to God as no ray hopes to get rid of this hell .मामला जल निगम जिला-मिर्जापुर के कुप्रबंधन का है. जल निगम ने अप्रैल 2022 के पहले सप्ताह में सीवेज का काम शुरू किया और अब यह 04 September 2022 है जिसका मतलब है कि यह जल निगम द्वारा खर्च किया जाने वाला fifth महीना है। यह बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है कि जल निगम के जिम्मेदार सार्वजनिक पदाधिकारियों ने सुरेकापुरम के निवासियों की सुविधा के बारे में कभी नहीं सोचा। उन्होंने हमारे जीवन को नरक बना दिया है जो शिकायत के साथ संलग्न तस्वीरों से स्पस्ट है । जल निगम ने हमें सड़कों पर कीचड़ और गन्दी नालियों के पानी फैला कर वास्तव में हमारे घरों में कैद कर दिया है। कोई हमसे मिलने नहीं आ सकता है और हम घर का सामान खरीदने के लिए बाहर नहीं जा सकते है । बच्चे नियमित रूप से अपने स्कूल नहीं जा पा रहे हैं। संक्षेप में उन्होंने हमें इतना कमजोर बना दिया है कि हम केवल भगवान से प्रार्थना कर सकते हैं क्योंकि कोई भी किरण इस नरक से छुटकारा पाने की उम्मीद नहीं दिखा रही है True picture of development of Modi Sir, drainage water and mud is overflowing on the roads of Surekapuram colony due to mismanagement. मोदी जी के विकास की सच्ची तस्वीर सर, सुरेकापुरम कॉलोनी की सड़कों पर कुप्रबंधन से नालों का पानी और कीचड़ बह रहा है

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित नगर पालिका से सम्बन्धित सभी समस्याओ का निस्तारण करा दिया गया है शिकायतकर्ता जल निगम से सम्बन्धित कार्य से असंतुष्ट है सम्बन्धित क्षेत्र मे नियमित साफ सफाई करायी जाती है उक्तानुसार अवगत होते हुए प्रकरण निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करे

Government is throwing complaints into the dustbin regarding misappropriation of funds concerning sewage construction by Namami Gange ipso facto from the cryptic reports submitted by the concerned staff. They must meditate on it that what solution they have provided the applicant. It is confirmed that they provided inconsistent and arbitrary reply which can neither be relevant nor justified. It seems that they did not understand the contents of the grievance which is the road cars they replied in the awkward manner which must never be allowed. न्याय में देरी न्याय से वंचित है मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप बिना किसी और देरी और किसी भी प्रकार की देरी के मामले में जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई करेंगे। Justice delayed is justice denied. I expect that you will take action in the matter at the earliest without any further delay and any kind of procrastination. As far as cmplaints made by few one out of thousands because of several factors.
