आयोग के आदेश दिनांकित 01.06.2022 के अनुपालन में पुलिस अधीक्षक, नगर/नोडल अधिकारी, मीरजापुर द्वारा अपने पत्र दिनांकित 02.07.2022 के माध्यम से अवगत कराया गया है कि सन्दर्भित प्रकरण की जांच क्षेत्राधिकारी, नगर एवं मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी, मीरजापुर द्वारा नाामित वरिष्ठ चिकित्साधिकारी के माध्यम से संयुक्त रूप से करायी गयी है।
पत्रावली का परिशीलन किया गया तथा प्राप्त आख्या का अवलोकन किया गया। प्रस्तुत आख्या सन्तोष सनक है। अतः आयोग स्तर से किसी कार्यवाही की आवश्यकता वांछित प्रतीत नहीं होती है।

Undoubtedly the matter concerns deep-rooted corruption and the anarchy prevaild in the State human rights commission of Uttar Pradesh. Since the State human rights commission Uttar Pradesh is not on the online portal therefore applicant preferred to submit application on the central government portal through National human rights commission so that it may reach to Uttar Pradesh human rights commission Lucknow.
