In the name of araji number 326क by government functionaries which is blatant abuse of both the power and position, they are doing so because corrupt public functionaries have sold the land 326क to the people in the nearby area. This sold land is being compensated by grabbing the land araji number 326ख belonging to the applicant SACHCHIDA NAND Shukla son of Krishna nand Shukla. concern Tehsil staff are threatening to the applicant to shut the mouth otherwise police will be used to implicate under false charges. धारा 24 के तहत मैंने 6 महीने पहले एसडीएम कोर्ट के तहत 326 ख के भूमि सीमांकन के लिए अर्जी दी थी लेकिन अभी तक इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई. वास्तव में 326 क के नाम पर जल निगम मेरी पूरी जमीन आराजी संख्या 326 ख पर कब्जा किए हैं ,जो अनुचित तथा अन्याय पूर्ण है अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की आराजी संख्या 326 ख के सीमा निर्धारण तथा सीमाओं के विवाद को निपटाने के लिए उचित कार्यवाही करें। विस्तृत विवरण देखने के लिए आप PDF संलग्नक देखें 

Public Information Officer in the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar may provide the following information point wise as sought within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 

1-The matter concerns representation submitted under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 by Sachchida Nand Shukla and no action taken by the sub divisional magistrate Sadar because of anarchy in government.This petition was sent by the applicant through speed registered post on 10 September 2021 which means more than seven months passed. Provide the notings made on the aforementioned representation of the applicant by the accountable public functionaries of the Tehsil Sadar. 

2-Provide the current status of the petition was sent by the applicant through speed registered post on 10 September 2021 attached to online R.T.I. Application.
