Already police have fabricated my husband Mr. Amit Kumar Dubey seven times under section 151/107/116 Cr.P.C. for submitting representation before the police. Police, instead of taking action in the matter, are threatening my husband not to submit any representation on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. They are suppressing my voice to raise against injustice made by my younger brother with the help of his gangster friends. In the aforementioned case/complaints submitted on the PMO Portal, C.O. City did not consider it fit to invite me to pay heed to my grievances and redress it but preferred to submit an inconsistent and arbitrary report on the portal. Police itself promotes criminal elements by providing fabricated concocted stories in the form of reports.

Opposite party is humiliating the husband of the victim on the mobile phone which audio record available on the internet, but police overlook things unless serious crimes do not take place.

Everyone knows that proceedings under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C. are only preventive measures and not pure criminal proceedings, but such proceedings are of quasi-judicial nature. Whoever seek redressal of their grievances by submitting online applications on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, concerned sub-inspector fabricate them under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C in most of the cases. YOU have already misused this tool six times on my husband instead of ensuring the compliance of agreements made between parties.

There is substantial evidence of hurling abuses by the younger brother of the husband of the applicant to her husband but police is saying that such things are quite common in our society and police do not take any action in such matters. It is quite obvious that audio clips are circulated from police to public but who dares to ask police that such offensive activities must be curbed. It seems that there rule of forest in the government of Uttar Pradesh as rule of law has been substituted by the rule of forest quite obvious from the arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Think about the report of circle officer city Mr. Prabhat Ray who is justifying the quarrels and loggerheads on the ground of bio relations and established relations. Whether a brother is allowed to abuse his elder brother and its solution is section 151/107/116 of Cr/P.C. ipso facto from the report of circle officer city Mr. Prabhat Ray.
