How can anyone be satisfied with the same parrot reports by the Lucknow Development Authority when more than one year time passed since the date committee was set up by Lucknow Development Authority to make enquiry in the alleged corruption in the allocation plots by L.D.A. and executing registry of the plots.

Sir, a committee was constituted by the Lucknow Development Authority on the application of the applicant on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh to investigate the irregularities in the registration of plots and irregularities in the allocation of plots. Factually, for the last 1 year only one reply was received on every application from L.D.A. . The same type of answer is given by Lucknow Development Authority, is it not corruption and this corruption is happening under the supervision of the office of Chief Minister, if our Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji is very honest then what kind of corruption is flourishing under his chair? Why is he finding himself unable to take action against corruption, is his action against corruption taken only against the opposition leaders who are from the opposition party or the bureaucrats who belong to lobby closure to the opposition party. Here businessmen who are donating to the opposition parties as usual practice in society, are the central government and the state government not putting their full force in taking action against them ipso facto, while the appropriate actions taken against corruption have resulted in zero results. The available figures with the applicant implies the truth that the action against corruption has been done only on print and electronic media, it has nothing to do with the actual ground.

Imagine that action is being taken since so many days, that too all the reports are being sent to the Office of Chief Minister, after that Lucknow Development Authority is presenting baseless reports, it seems as if there is no rule of law in the state, there is a state of anarchy which is It is clear from the mysterious style of Lucknow Development Authority, then on what basis does our Chief Minister talk about honesty when corruption is happening under his chair and his subordinates are not controlling anyone, but indiscriminately accepting the full story Also, different types of restrictions are being imposed on the applicant like social worker Yogi MP Singh cannot register any complaint on Jansunwai portal from his personal computer because according to him Yogi MP Singh is chaotic because he is opposing bribery.

श्रीमान जी भूखंडों के निबंधन में अनियमितता तथा भूखंडों के आवंटन में अनियमितता की जांच के लिए प्रार्थी दिनेश प्रताप सिंह के आवेदन पर लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा एक समिति का गठन किया गया 1 वर्ष से ज्यादा बीत गए किंतु पिछले 1 वर्षों से हर आवेदन पर सिर्फ एक ही तरह का जवाब लगा दिया जाता है लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा क्या यह भ्रष्टाचार नहीं है और यह भ्रष्टाचार मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय के देखरेख में हो रहा है यदि हमारे मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी बहुत ईमानदार हैं तो उनके कुर्सी के नीचे यह किस तरह का भ्रष्टाचार फल फूल रहा है क्यों वह भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने में अपने आप को असमर्थ पा रहे हैं क्या उनकी भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही सिर्फ विपक्षियों के विरुद्ध की जाती है जो नेता विपक्ष पार्टी के हैं या वह ब्यूरोक्रेट्स जो विपक्षी पार्टी से संबंधित हैं यहां वे बिजनेसमैन जो विपक्ष पार्टी को चंदा करते हैं क्या केंद्र सरकार और प्रदेश सरकार उन्हीं के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने में अपनी पूरी ताकत नहीं झोंक रही है जबकि भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध की गई उचित कार्यवाही ओं का परिणाम शून्य रहा है जिसके आंकड़े प्रार्थी के पास हैं सच यह है कि भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही सिर्फ प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया पर किया गया है वास्तविक धरातल से उसका कुछ लेना देना नहीं है

श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी को जो दस्तावेज लगाने थे वह तो खुद ही सभी दस्तावेजों के स्कैन कॉपी ही थे इसलिए प्रार्थी को कोई नया दस्तावेज नहीं लगाना जो दस्तावेज देना था वह प्रार्थी दे चुका है शिकायतों के साथ संगत दस्तावेजों को तुरंत लगा दिया जाता है अलग से कुछ नहीं किया जाता महोदय दुनिया जानती है कि जब कोई कार्यवाही होती है उन दस्तावेजों की एक प्रति लेके कार्यालय में भी दाखिल दफ्तर हो गई होगी यह सच है कि भूमि आवंटियों के पास कोई भी दस्तावेज नहीं होगा क्योंकि वह सभी दस्तावेज तो दिनेश प्रताप सिंह के पास है सिर्फ रजिस्ट्री का पेपर छोड़कर क्योंकि वे तो उस प्लाट को बेच चुके है अब बेईमानी करके उस प्लाट पर कब्जा बनाए हुए लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण को चाहिए कि यदि भ्रष्टाचार के प्रकरण में कोई कार्यवाही करना चाहती है तो दिनेश सिंह से दस्तावेज तलब करें न कि योगी एमपी सिंह से क्योंकि योगी एमपी सिंह उन दस्तावेजों के संरक्षक नहीं है इन दस्तावेजों के संरक्षक दिनेश प्रताप सिंह और दस्तावेज उन्हीं से मांगा जाता है जो उनके संरक्षक होते हैं यही न्याय का नैसर्गिक सिद्धांत है
