If debit card is not working still, then how grievance can be considered disposed of and they must ensure working of the debit card

It is quite obvious that the Branch manager, city branch issued new debit card quite obvious as aforementioned and this debit card is active and working properly for home transactions but now when I raised the matter of fraud concerning feeding of my PAN number in two anonymous accounts they again blocked my debit card and now it is not working.

Whether it is justified? Whether to say the truth in the government of the Prime Minister, Narendra Damodar Modi is an offence and voices raised to contradict injustice are suppressed in this way.

Herewith a PDF document is attached showing the transaction through debit card has been blocked by the State Bank of India cryptically.

It is quite obvious that newly debit card issued by the State Bank of India is not working. Concerned staff knows it well and she told me that everything is ok at the level of branch. After all it must be informed that even today, I used the debit card for transaction at the Paytm but it could not succeed with message that user did not complete transaction after that I completed transaction through internet banking.
