The matter concerns opening a SBI Account in my name by an anonymous individual by colluding with the staff of state Bank of India. My PAN Card registered in that fraud account by taking help of corrupt staff of the State Bank of India which is a serious economic fraud and such practices must be curbed at the earliest. Detail of account be intimated.

I have made two complaints after registering my PAN card online through my internet banking which are as follows.
1-PMOPG/E/2022/0213941 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M P Singh
Date of Receipt 12/08/2022 Received By Ministry/Department Prime Ministers Office, for more details, vide attached document to the grievance.

Today, I am focussing on the objection raised by the branch manager city branch District-Mirzapur .
1-Yesterday branch manager city branch District-Mirzapur raised the objection that I have registered my PAN Card in my other SBI account which is showing in my other account.
2-Consequently your PAN card may not be updated in this SBI account.
3-I asked the details regarding the account never opened by me in the state bank India so that subsequent action may be taken in the matter.
4-She /branch manager city branch District-Mirzapur assured me to send the details either on my whats app number available to her or my email by disposing of the aforementioned grievance.
5-Branch manager city branch District-Mirzapur committed a breach of trust by pursuing a non righteous path.
6-Today I made four calls after a gap of more than one hours in the working hour but the city branch District-Mirzapur did not pick up her mobile phone which enhanced the doubt regarding the integrity of the bank.

Central public information officer of the state bank of India may provide the following information as sought if possible at the earliest or within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 1-Provide the Bank details of the Savings bank account number-40191917870. 2- Provide the Bank details of the KCC account number-40191978538. 3-CPIO may provide the designation and name of the staff who processed

Dear Sir,

the branch received kyc update application from customer on 25.08.2022 for account number 34645721675 but the pan already existed for CIF number 90763237454. According to customer the cif does not belong to him but his pan card is updated in the cif 90763237454 which belongs to SBI branch Gangoli (50534). mail has been sent to the concerned branch ON 25.08.2022 for pan removal from the cif on customer request. so that the kyc in the account no 34645721675 can be updated.
