* Prayer or Relief Sought The appellant sought four points of information from the office chief secretary registered as Registration Number DOCSO/R/2022/60251 Name Kamlesh Singh Date of Filing 03/07/2022 on the R.T.I. Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Since the matter of information of sought information was closely connected with the working of the principal secretary of home consequently it was forwarded by the PIO in the office of the chief secretary to office of principal secretary for providing information to the information seeker Kamlesh Singh quite obvious from the attached document and the following note. Status REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITY as on 08/07/2022 Details of Public Authority: - Home Department. vide registration number: - DHOME/R/2022/80174 respectively. Note: - Further details will be available on viewing the status of the above-mentioned new request registration number. Thus, the concerned PIO to provide information is the following section officer who has to provide the sought information to the information seeker Kamlesh Singh. More than two months passed but the aforementioned officer did not provide the sought information to the information seeker Kamlesh Singh which is a violation of subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.

1-Name and designation of the staff processing such emails in the office of chief secretary in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
2-Provide the mechanism to process the communication forwarded by the office of His excellency.
3-Provide the action taken report on the trail mail of the information seeker forwarded by the office of His excellency.
4-Since the matter concerns deep rooted corruption, lawlessness and anarchy so before disposing of the grievance, concerned mandate must invite arguments of information seeker before filing the matter arbitrarily consequently if any such facility available, you should provide feedback.

ReplyDeleteIf the secretary of home in the state of Uttar Pradesh is not regarding the request submitted under the right to information act 2005 then think about the subordinate police at the district level.Everyone is troubled in the state of Uttar Pradesh because of the arbitrariness and tyranny of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Think about the credibility of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh which do not perform any job without taking bribe from the parties and always indulge in the corrupt activities which prime function is to promote lawlessness and anarchy in the society and most of the unlawful activities are taking place in the society because of the active cooperation of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
