Already police have fabricated my husband Mr. Amit Kumar Dubey seven times under section 151/107/116 Cr.P.C. for submitting representation before the police. Police, instead of taking action in the matter, are threatening my husband not to submit any representation on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. They are suppressing my voice to raise against injustice made by my younger brother with the help of his gangster friends. In the aforementioned case/complaints submitted on the PMO Portal, C.O. City did not consider it fit to invite me to pay heed to my grievances and redress it but preferred to submit an inconsistent and arbitrary report on the portal. Police itself promotes criminal elements by providing fabricated concocted stories in the form of reports.

Sir if the matter is sub Judice in the court, how can opposite party can break the wall without consensus of both the parties?

Opposite party is humiliating the husband of the victim on the mobile phone which audio record available on the internet, but police overlook things unless serious crimes do not take place.

Instead of submitting cluttered on the portal, you might be adopted a logistic approach in the matter.

Everyone knows that proceedings under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C. are only preventive measures and not pure criminal proceedings, but such proceedings are of quasi-judicial nature. Whoever seek redressal of their grievances by submitting online applications on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, concerned sub-inspector fabricate them under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C in most of the cases. YOU have already misused this tool six times on my husband instead of ensuring the compliance of agreements made between parties.

ReplyDeleteEveryone is troubled in the state of Uttar Pradesh because of the arbitrariness and tyranny of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Think about the credibility of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh which do not perform any job without taking bribe from the parties and always indulge in the corrupt activities which prime function is to promote lawlessness and anarchy in the society and most of the unlawful activities are taking place in the society because of the active cooperation of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
