From the following status it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the RTI application on 10th February 2024 and this rti application wash forwarded by nodal officer to the concerned public information officer on 12th February 2024. The appellant is submitting the first appeal in the matter on 18th April 2024 and the public information officer has not provided any information to the information seeker still. This is third time when public information officer did not entertain the RTI application of the appellant. It is crystal clear that public information officer wilfully violating the subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 as well as made the mockery of the provisions of right to information at 2005 in earlier two RTI applications by not entertaining rti applications even after the direction of the first appellate authority.

First appellate authority/additional secretary Lucknow development authority considered the aforementioned communication of Tehsildar Shashi Bhushan Pathak as information in the matter.
You denied the information in the name of setting up a committee to look into the corrupt activities carried out by the concerned staff of the Lucknow Development Authority.
Whether there is no ulterior motive behind setting up a committee to look into the corruption ipso facto. By taking the recourse of the committee, the public information officer is denying every information under right to Information Act 2005 for more than two years which is reflecting rule of anarchy in the working of Lucknow development authority so this anarchy must be controlled by the accountable staff of Lucknow development authority.
This is a humble request of the appellant to the most respected Sir to take appropriate action in the matter so that public information officer must provide the five pint information to the appellant as well as punitive action must be taken against the public information officer in accordance with the law so that he may learn a lesson and may not commit such mockery of the law as done by him in the last two years.
