श्री मान जी प्रकरण का सम्बन्ध उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में मुकदमो के निपटारे में ब्याप्त घूसखोरी और अराजकता है और जो बहुत बड़े स्तर पर है जिसमे गरीब इंसान पिस कर रह जाता है श्री मान जी इस भ्र्ष्टाचार को रोकने की आवश्यकता है सोचिये आपत्ति को गायब कर दिया गया और आपत्ति न दाखिल करने का आधार बना कर मुकदमा ख़ारिज कर दिया गया और पुलिस भय बस उपजिलाधिकारी के विरुद्ध जांच नहीं कर रही है

उपरोक्त विवरण, पुलिस रिपोर्ट और संगत दस्तावेज शिकायत के साथ संलग्न है
श्री मान जी सोमवार को अर्थात कल प्रार्थी को पुलिस चौकी कचहरी शहर कोतवाली मीरजापुर ने बुलाया था किन्तु वे नहीं मिले व्यस्तता का बहाना करके और आज फिर बुलाया है श्री मान जी अनिल कुमार चौकी प्रभारी कचहरी कोतवाली शहर जिला मिर्ज़ापुर ने प्रार्थी को क्यों आज फिर बुलाया है प्रार्थी के समझ से परे है क्योकि आख्या तो उन्होंने ०९ सितम्बर २०२२ को ही प्रस्तुत कर दी थी अर्थात उनको करना कुछ नहीं सिर्फ प्रार्थी को परेशान करना था श्री मान जी क्या प्रार्थी का आज उनसे मिलना उचित है और फिर वह कहेंगे बुधवार को आना
श्री मान जी अनिल कुमार चौकी प्रभारी कचहरी कोतवाली शहर जिला मिर्ज़ापुर ने अपनी जांच में कहा की उपजिलाधिकारी सदर महोदय एवं उनके रीडर से उनकी बात बात हुई तो उन्होंने बताया की पत्रावली मंगला प्रसाद दुबे के पास है और दाखिल दप्तर है तथा कोई भी कागजात गायब नहीं है आवेदक द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की पुष्टि नहीं हो पा रही है फिर उन्होंने फालतू बकबास किया है की आवेदक मुकदमे में पक्षकार होने के नाते मुकदमा हारने की वजह से बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाया है महोदय प्रार्थी ने जो आरोप लगाए उनके असत्य सिद्ध होने पर प्रार्थी अवमानना की कार्यवाही से दण्डित हो सकता है जिसका उसे ज्ञान है किन्तु प्रार्थी द्वारा लगाए गए आरोप तो प्रार्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत दस्तवेजो से ही स्वतः सिद्ध है उसके लिए किसी जांच की और गवाहों की आवश्यकता ही नहीं है सिर्फ संलग्न दस्तावेजों के अवलोकन की आवश्यकता है यह पर बात को संज्ञान में लेने की आवश्यकता है की उपजिलाधिकारी सदर महोदय ने उनको दस्तावेजों के जांच की अनुमति इस आधार पर नहीं दी की दस्तावेज दाखिल दप्तर हो गए है और उपरोक्त उपजिलाधिकारी सदर महोदय एवं उनके रीडर खुद ही दस्तावेजों के गायब करने के दोषी है कभी चोर यह कहता है की वह चोर है मामले में लगा रिपोर्ट आधारहीन असंगत और मनमाना है
If the records lost are considered as evidence in a case, then missing of the record would be a serious crime of destroying the evidence and invites criminal complaint against those officials under sections 201 of IPC, punishable with imprisonment from 7 to 10 years or life which is directly proportional to seriousness of the offence charged.
To direct the police to register F.I.R. against additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar and his reader for hatching conspiracy for missing the court records in the matter of Surya Narayan Dubey Versus Uma Shankar Dubey and others.
Case number-202116530000251 under section 176 year-2006.
Brief description of matter is as follows.
1-Copy of order made by additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar Siddharth Yadav is attached as page 2 of the attached PDF document. He passed an order that the opposition party did not submit an objection consequently the claim of litigant is accepted.
2-Copy of order sheet made available by the concerned court on 08/08/2022 is the fourth page of attached document which categorically shows that objection with affidavit submitted by Aditya Narayan Dubey on 18 March 2019 and because of strike by the advocates next date fixed on 01 April

ReplyDeleteवह न्याय व्यवस्था कितनी जवाब देह हो सकती है जब उसकी विश्वसनीयता ही कुछ ना हो क्योंकि विश्वसनीयता बढ़ाने के लिए पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही होना जरूरी है क्योंकि हमारी न्याय व्यवस्था पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही से शुरू से ही भागती रही है इसी वजह से यहां पर सिर्फ अराजकता का राज्य है इसमें सुधार केवल वही कर सकता है जो सिर्फ पदों पर आसीन हैं किंतु जब वही भ्रष्ट हैं तो सुधार कौन करेगा भ्रष्टाचार ऊपर से है नीचे से नहीं एक लालू को यह कहना कि वह व्यस्त हैं दूसरे का पूजा कर रहे हैं क्या लालू ने अपने हाथ से पैसा लिया था लेकर तो अधिकारियों ने ही दिया था और क्या दूसरे चीफ मिनिस्टर घोष नहीं ले रहे हैं घोष तो सभी ले रहे हैं जस्ट नहीं ले रहे हैं अधिकारी नहीं ले रहे हैं कि कॉल नहीं ले रहा है इस देश में जब सभी घूसखोर हैं तो न्याय कहां से मिलेगा और भ्रष्टाचारियों पर कार्यवाही कौन करेगा
ReplyDelete1. I commenced partition in 2017, amended by the order of then SDM in 2018, SDM promised to finalise the partition in 6 months latest by the November 2018,
ReplyDelete2. 28 May the preliminary decree was passed and unopposed therefore resjudicata,
3.25 July 2018 SDM issued stay order to maintain status qua until the final disposition of the dispute,my co-sharers at the behest of their lawyers disobeyed,
4. SDM set November 12 to pass the final decree and give the possession of my lawful sharers,
5. 12 November 2018, my brother bribed the SDM, gave his false affidavit to the SDM stating under oath that I sold all my shares in India before 1975, took money and moved to Canada,SDM refused to pass the final decree,
6. 4 IAS 4 PCS, my co-sharers and their advocates contracted my murder to the serial killer Vikas Dubey, the murder plot failed injuring me for life,
7.case is adjourned over 300 times,
8. I am cheated by by over 222 fake lawyers with the fake law degree,
9.12 September 2023, High Court of Allahabad, directed to the SDM to finalise the partition by March 12,2024, which the SDM willfully disobeyed,

Sometimes I feel that there is no justice delivery system in India and whatever is available that is denying justice in cryptic and mysterious way. Where is transparency and accountability and currently there is rampant corruption in the working of public authorities.
ReplyDeleteThere is ample evidence of corruption but our honest chief minister Yogi Adityanath sir is not working against the corrupt elements in the government machinery which is causing rampant increase in corruption in the government..
ReplyDeleteहमारे मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी की कौन सी ऐसी मजबूरी है जिसकी वजह से उन्हें भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने से भय लगता है जब पर्याप्त साक्ष्य हैं यह मालूम हो गया की उप जिलाधिकारी द्वारा दस्तावेजों को पेपर बुक से गायब किया गया है उसके बाद इस आधार पर फैसला दिया गया है तो अभी तक जांच का आदेश क्यों नहीं पारित किया गया
