श्री मान जी प्रकरण का सम्बन्ध उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में मुकदमो के निपटारे में ब्याप्त घूसखोरी और अराजकता है और जो बहुत बड़े स्तर पर है जिसमे गरीब इंसान पिस कर रह जाता है श्री मान जी इस भ्र्ष्टाचार को रोकने की आवश्यकता है सोचिये आपत्ति को गायब कर दिया गया और आपत्ति न दाखिल करने का आधार बना कर मुकदमा ख़ारिज कर दिया गया और पुलिस भय बस उपजिलाधिकारी के विरुद्ध जांच नहीं कर रही है

उपरोक्त विवरण, पुलिस रिपोर्ट और संगत दस्तावेज शिकायत के साथ संलग्न है
श्री मान जी सोमवार को अर्थात कल प्रार्थी को पुलिस चौकी कचहरी शहर कोतवाली मीरजापुर ने बुलाया था किन्तु वे नहीं मिले व्यस्तता का बहाना करके और आज फिर बुलाया है श्री मान जी अनिल कुमार चौकी प्रभारी कचहरी कोतवाली शहर जिला मिर्ज़ापुर ने प्रार्थी को क्यों आज फिर बुलाया है प्रार्थी के समझ से परे है क्योकि आख्या तो उन्होंने ०९ सितम्बर २०२२ को ही प्रस्तुत कर दी थी अर्थात उनको करना कुछ नहीं सिर्फ प्रार्थी को परेशान करना था श्री मान जी क्या प्रार्थी का आज उनसे मिलना उचित है और फिर वह कहेंगे बुधवार को आना
श्री मान जी अनिल कुमार चौकी प्रभारी कचहरी कोतवाली शहर जिला मिर्ज़ापुर ने अपनी जांच में कहा की उपजिलाधिकारी सदर महोदय एवं उनके रीडर से उनकी बात बात हुई तो उन्होंने बताया की पत्रावली मंगला प्रसाद दुबे के पास है और दाखिल दप्तर है तथा कोई भी कागजात गायब नहीं है आवेदक द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की पुष्टि नहीं हो पा रही है फिर उन्होंने फालतू बकबास किया है की आवेदक मुकदमे में पक्षकार होने के नाते मुकदमा हारने की वजह से बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाया है महोदय प्रार्थी ने जो आरोप लगाए उनके असत्य सिद्ध होने पर प्रार्थी अवमानना की कार्यवाही से दण्डित हो सकता है जिसका उसे ज्ञान है किन्तु प्रार्थी द्वारा लगाए गए आरोप तो प्रार्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत दस्तवेजो से ही स्वतः सिद्ध है उसके लिए किसी जांच की और गवाहों की आवश्यकता ही नहीं है सिर्फ संलग्न दस्तावेजों के अवलोकन की आवश्यकता है यह पर बात को संज्ञान में लेने की आवश्यकता है की उपजिलाधिकारी सदर महोदय ने उनको दस्तावेजों के जांच की अनुमति इस आधार पर नहीं दी की दस्तावेज दाखिल दप्तर हो गए है और उपरोक्त उपजिलाधिकारी सदर महोदय एवं उनके रीडर खुद ही दस्तावेजों के गायब करने के दोषी है कभी चोर यह कहता है की वह चोर है मामले में लगा रिपोर्ट आधारहीन असंगत और मनमाना है
If the records lost are considered as evidence in a case, then missing of the record would be a serious crime of destroying the evidence and invites criminal complaint against those officials under sections 201 of IPC, punishable with imprisonment from 7 to 10 years or life which is directly proportional to seriousness of the offence charged.
To direct the police to register F.I.R. against additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar and his reader for hatching conspiracy for missing the court records in the matter of Surya Narayan Dubey Versus Uma Shankar Dubey and others.
Case number-202116530000251 under section 176 year-2006.
Brief description of matter is as follows.
1-Copy of order made by additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar Siddharth Yadav is attached as page 2 of the attached PDF document. He passed an order that the opposition party did not submit an objection consequently the claim of litigant is accepted.
2-Copy of order sheet made available by the concerned court on 08/08/2022 is the fourth page of attached document which categorically shows that objection with affidavit submitted by Aditya Narayan Dubey on 18 March 2019 and because of strike by the advocates next date fixed on 01 April
