An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India.
The matter concerns the working of the station house officer police station Rajgarh under the supervision of the superintendent of police district Mirzapur.
The applicant is law. abiding citizen of this country and habitual to make enquiry for the betterment of governance in the state as well as in the country.
This is the root cause, corrupt people in the governance are working against the applicant and they are hatching conspiracy against the applicant and fabricated false FIR against the applicant in the police station Rajgarh quite obvious from the negotiations with the station house officer of the Rajgarh with the applicant.
It is most unfortunate that the allegations made by the applicant was overlooked and the false first information report was registered against the applicant to pressurize the applicant in order to suppress the voice of the applicant.
Please order an enquiry into the matter so that truth may come out.

Extortion by putting a person in fear of death or grievous hurt.—

Short submissions of the case are as follows.
1-The applicant is a journalist whose professional duty is to bring the truth in the public domain and there are too many irregularities and miss management in the working of the complainant which is the root cause of this first information report.
2-The next 5 pages of the attached PDF document are the first information report registered by the station house officer of Rajgarh police station. This first information report has been registered under the pressure of the senior rank bureaucrats posted in the district Mirzapur. This is a failed attempt to set the mouth of truth.
3-Then again next 5 pages of the attached PDF document are the representations of the applicant submitted before the various responsible officers in the district which are showing that applicant was making repeated attempt to bring the notice of the accountable public staff on the irregularities being committed in the medical community centre at Rajgarh.
4-It is most unfortunate that instead of carrying out enquiry into the matter of deep irregularities and corruption in the working of the complainant senior rank officers in the district are hatching conspiracy to persecute the applicant which will set up a bad precedent to the society.
5-How the corruption will be controlled in the government machinery if those people who will bring the truth to the public domain honestly will be slapped under fabricated sections of the Indian penal code 1860 by the sub inspectors in the police. To demod such practices , please take appropriate action in the matter in transparent and accountable manner so that a good signal may be sent in the society.
Please order an enquiry to expose the conspiracy against the applicant which was made by the conspirators to shut the mouth of the applicant which is a violation of the human rights and civil rights with constitutional rights of the applicant.
