Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of police district Mirzapur must provide the following information point wise as follows.
1-From the seventh page of the attached PDF document to the RTI application, it is quite obvious that the information seeker submitted representation on 10th April 2024 in own handwriting before the station house officer police station Rajgarh district Mirzapur.
The Public Information Officer may provide the action taken report on the representation of the information seeker.
2-The applicant requested to register the First information report against the irregularities concerning the community health centre Rajgarh on 10th April 2024 i.e. against its superintendent but station house officer denied it. The most surprising thing is that after 2 days that is on 12th April 2024 a first information report was registered against the information seeker by the station house officer at the behest of superintendent of health community center Rajgarh.
Please provide the reason for not registering the first information report of an assistant reporter/information seeker of a media which is known as the 4th pillar of this democracy.
3-Please provide the provisions of law which prevents the reporters of the media from collecting the evidence concerning the public work in audio visual form to provide its access to the public in a transparent and accountable manner.
Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of police district Mirzapur must provide the three-point information to the information seeker within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
