It is 19th September 2022 today which means more than two months 15 days passed but unfortunately the Public Information Officer in the office of police commissioner Lucknow remained unable to provide information to the applicant Kiran Singh seeking information through her son.

Two months and 15 days passed but Lucknow police is procrastinating in providing information to information seeker Kiran Singh in the high-profile land grabbing case in which police officers of police commissionerate Lucknow are indulged.
1-The applicant submitted representation before the honest police commissioner Lucknow of Government of Uttar Pradesh against this high-profile land grabbing on 27 June 2022 attached to this complaint as fourth page of the attached document.
You failed to provide action taken report on the aforementioned representation of the information seeker Kiran Singh W/O Mr. Narendra Pratap Singh because the honest police commissioner Lucknow did not take any action on the representation. Since commissioner is reluctant to execute its obligatory duties so government must give him compulsory retirement.
2-The applicant submitted representation before the honest S.H.O. Krishna Nagar Police Station District-Luckow of Government of Uttar Pradesh against this high-profile land grabbing on 28 June 2022 attached to this complaint as first page of the attached document.
S.H.O. Krishna Nagar Police Station District-Luckow is himself working in caucus with land grabbers consequently no action is expected from him. Consequently, the action taken report is not available. PIO will not inform the report that his brave inspector was hatching a conspiracy with Kamala Dayal and others to grab the private road of the information seeker.
3-The applicant submitted representation before the honest chowki incharge Vijay Nagar Lucknow of Government of Uttar Pradesh against this high-profile land grabbing on 27 June 2022 attached to this complaint as fifth page of the attached document.
Land grabbing was finally executed under the vigilant monitoring of this staff member who was seeking my representation before assistant police commissioner when numerous applications had been already submitted which means not entitled to pursue his duties with loyalty.
There is no transparency and accountability in the working of Lucknow police so how the action taken report will be available.
