* Description of Information Sought Commissioner Lucknow is the chairman of Lucknow Development Authority and a committee has been set up to check irregularities in the execution of registry and allotment of plots and this committee has failed to provide an enquiry report in 11 months quite obvious from the report attached to this application. The matter concerns लखनऊ बिकास प्राधिकरण who are procrastinating in the matter of deep rooted corruption. L.D.A. May provide the details of the committee set up by it to look into the serious allegations of corruption. Whether aggrieved Dinesh Pratap Singh will get justice in the age of corruption. L.D.A. is searching various tricks to procrastinate on the matter. An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prsad Singh to make enquiry regarding the set up and findings of committee to look into irregularity in registration of plots and its allocation to beneficiaries. Report submitted by the Tehsildar Vivek Kumar Shukla on 31/05/2022 of L.D.A. is the same parrot report as submitted earlier by various staff of L.D.A. For more details, vide attached document to the grievance. श्री मान जी इस समय लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण चाहे जनसूचना के तहत आवेदन हो या शिकायत हो या कोई निवेदन हो हर किसी को इस आधार पर नजरअंदाज कर रही है की मामले में समिति गठित कर दी गयी है किन्तु न तो समिति के सन्दर्भ में कुछ बताएँगे और न ही प्रश्न गत प्रकरण को हल करने का ही प्रयास करेंगे तीन वर्षो से मामले में ताल मटोल कर रहे है क्या इसी तरह से योगी सरकार भ्र्ष्टाचार रोकती है You denied the information in the name of setting up a committee to look into the corrupt activities carried out by the concerned staff of the Lucknow Development Authority. You are again requested to provide the following information so that the corrupt staff of the Lucknow Development Authority may be exposed in the public domain and how L.D.A. is shielding its corrupt staff ipso facto? 1-L.D.A. may provide the details of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail. 2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court deciding the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. 3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staff executing the registry of impugned plots to allottees with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed. 4-Detail of the committee setup to check the irregularities including name, designation and posting details of its members which may include date of joining the department. 5-PIO may provide the details of government functionaries nominated the members of the committee including posting details and stipulated time given to the committee to complete the enquiry.

ReplyDeleteThere is rampant corruption in the working of the Lucknow development authority and because of its corruption it was in news several times. It seems that government of Uttar Pradesh has thrown the right to information act 2005 into a dustbin quite obvious from its working style and this act was brighted by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that corruption in the society and in the government machinery may be curbed but still our public functionaries especially Modi and yogi are claiming to be honest when there is no transparency in the working of the subordinates.
