Sir, what is the difference between the reports of circle officer City Mr. Prabhat Ray submitted on PMO portal on 17 August 2022 and 31 August 2022? Whether such tyranny and arbitrariness is acceptable in the working of the police who submits inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the portal.

Report submitted by the circle officer in the aforementioned grievance is a bogus one.Whether the police are so competent to counsel the applicant? The applicant was not invited by the circle officer city and he submitted his parrot reply on the public grievance portal of the government of India. What enquiry carried out by him must be concerned with the submission made in the grievance. He must be intimated that the prime witness in the matter is the victim itself and I have no individual grudge with my wife and he did not adopt a logistic approach in submitting a report and crossed the boundary by putting gospel of his inappropriate absurd suggestion without his own application of mind. Sir, Six stitches in head, bone of palm broken, and no part of body left uninjured, but police did not take any action alleging your applicant Lalit Mohan Kasera. Now Mirzapur police must tell the applicant, what quantum of injuries must be caused to the applicant by the offenders to register a first information report in the matter. Think about the gravity of the situation, in Yogi regime, police do not register F.I.R. of poor and weaker sections.
The Circle Officer must tell the applicant when N.C.R. convert into F.I.R. and Lalit Mohan Kasera will get justice as offenders are set free?
Sir, the applicant got six stitches in the head which might be fatal to the applicant, Sir, the applicant suffered a fracture of the bone of the hand, there was no part of the body which was not hurted by the offenders and blood of the applicant spread on the floor and the scenario was terrific but think about integrity of the police concerned that still no F.I.R. has been registered in the matter . The case has not even been registered under the appropriate sections, is this the working style of the police in the Yogi government, the poor and the oppressed section get justice in this way in the Yogi government where the first information report of the people is not even registered. Whether most police personnel are not suffering with ailment of schizophrenia who work on cases like trials under supervision of a prejudiced judge.

The case has not even been registered under the appropriate sections, is this the working style of the police in Yogi Sarkar, the poor and downtrodden get justice in the same way in Yogi Sarkar, where even the first information report of the people is not registered. It is that the applicant has suffered serious injuries which might be fatal and your unreliable report says that there is no evidence of the applicant being beaten up. Sir, your interpreter should make it clear who did the orgy of death on the applicant. Whether police in the Yogi government is adopting a logistic approach by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports on the Jansunwai portal is quite obvious from the report submitted by the circle officer Mr. Prabhat Ray on the public grievance portal of the government of India.
