Grievance Description
It is quite obvious that Executive Engineer EDD II, Superintending Engineer and Chief Engineer of division Mirzapur repeatedly overlook the directions of the managing director, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited Varanasi which is ridiculous and quite obvious from the attached documents to the grievance. Neither they are providing information nor redressing the grievances is the main concern.
The factual position is that sought information concerns corruption in the working of the public authority, so the public information officer is running away from providing information to the information seeker. They know well that if they provide information, their corrupt deeds will be exposed to the public, consequently, they are avoiding providing sought information to the information seekers.
Sir, accountability also has some importance in public dealings. To remove 10-metre open wire, you are waiting for a revamp scheme i.e. improvement plan, Sir, why do not you want to know about the corruption due to which the 10-metre open wire was left out, are you doing this? Will you throw light on the matter that if the open wire of the entire mohalla was removed, then why was it left in front of the temple, what is the enmity of your department and the government with Laxmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Temple?
Sir, the department left 10 metres of open wire, and thus the department proved corruption is greater than God. But the authority of God cannot be challenged, I have so much faith in the power of God that God has the ability to change the mindset of your higher officials to remove 10 metres of open wire for the safety of His devotees. You may wait for the time, if an undue delay will be made by the concerned, then enquiry may be ordered as to why the concerned left 10-metre open wire before the temple. God may change the heart of senior rank staff. God is omnipotent, man insults God because of arrogance.
Undoubtedly, executive Engineer, Manoj Kumar Yadav accepted that just after revamping starts, he will correct the mistake in the initial stage and will give the first priority to correct the mistake. Still, I think that he did not take a perusal of the submissions of the grievance in which there are other allegations which have been made against the subordinate staff of the department of electricity.
This question is why they left the connection between the transformer and the nearby Pole and the connecting through cable between the two poles in regard to which they had already taken bribes. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities so that a logistic approach may be adopted by the concerned public staff to provide an amicable solution in the matter and aggrieved people may thank them.

PIO, EDD II Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker.

1-You may provide the reason for not removing the 10-meter open wire before the Laxmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Temple when open wires are removed from Mohalla -Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur.

2-You may provide the cost of removing open wires in the Mohalla -Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur.

3-You may provide the estimates, and total funds spent to remove the open wires by cable in Mohalla -Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur.
