Grievance Description
Grabbing of private road of applicant by overlooking order of SDM.
Honourable police commissioner Lucknow must take a glance of the reports submitted by the investigation officer in the matter which is an arbitrary and inconsistent report to the contents of the grievance so it is obligatory duty of the Commissioner of Police to take action against the concerned investigation officer of the police whose laxity caused an inconsistent report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
The following is the grievance concerned with grabbing of the private road of the applicant which has been purchased by the applicant from the landlord by paying the price of the land and road as well which is quite obvious from the agreement paper which was made before the Krishnanagar police earlier when the similar dispute arose in the matter. Summary of the investigation-पत्र में जिन आरोपों / शिकायतों का उल्लेख किया गया है, उन पर बिन्दुवार आख्या -
महोदय निवेदन है शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र की जांच मुझ उ0नि0 द्वारा की गयी श्रीमान जी आवेदिका द्वारा पूर्व में आईजीआरएस दिया गया था जिसमें उ0नि0 श्री अर्जुन सिंह द्वारा जांच की गयी तो वाक्यात इस प्रकार पाये गये करीब 10-12 सालो से आवेदिका विपक्षी के मकान में किराये की दुकान लेकर ब्यूटीपार्लर की दुकान करती हैं। विपक्षी कमलेश कुमार अम्र करीब 65 वर्ष द्वारा काफी दिनो से अपनी दुकान खाली करने के लिए आवेदिका से कहा जा रहा था परन्तु आवेदिका द्वारा दुकान खाली नहीं की जा रही थी जिसपर विपक्षी द्वारा शटर लॉक कर दिया गया तब आवेदिका ने डायल 112 किया तथा ट्वीट किया गया। सूचना मिलने पर तत्कालीन चौकी प्रभारी 30नि0 शैलेन्द्र सिंह सेंगर मय पुलिस बल के मौके पर गये थे तथा दोनो पक्षो को समझाने बुझाने का प्रयास किये परन्तु आवेदिका दुकान खाली करने को तैयार नहीं है तथा विपक्षी द्वारा कहा जा रहा है कि जब तक आवेदिका दुकान खाली करने के लिए लिखकर नही देगीं मै शटर नही खोलूंगा। आवेदिका को बताया गया कि किसी मकान दुकान का ताला लगवाने अथवा खुलवाने का अधिकार बिना किसी सक्षम अधिकारी/मजिस्ट्रेट की आज्ञा के नहीं है इस सम्बन्ध में डीजी परिपत्र 10/2023 मौजूद हैं अतः आवेदिका को इस सम्बन्ध में सक्षम अधिकारी के समक्ष प्रार्थना पत्र देकर अनुतोष प्राप्त करने हेतु बताया गया था परन्तु आवेदिका उक्त जांच से सन्तुष्ट नही है तथा एक सिविल प्रकृति के प्रकरण में पुलिस पर दबाव बनाकर जबरदस्ती बन्द शटर खुलवाना चाहती हैं जो की कानूनी रूप से सही नहीं इस सम्बन्ध में आवेदिका को बार बार समझाया गया परन्तु आवेदिका मानने को तैयार नही है।
