This grievance is redressable by department of forest and it comes under the ambit of divisional forest officer Vindhyachal division.
How can grievance be considered disposed of on the ground of the report of the sub inspector as it concerns with the working of the department of the forest?
The matter also concerns the working of the divisional forest officer Vindhyachal division district Mirzapur, quite obvious from the matter as the green trees have been cut down by the opposition party. The opposition party consists of the members of unlawful persons so it is quite certain that they will have not taken any permission from the department of forest before cutting green trees while it was necessary for them to take the prior permission of the concerned ranger of the area which was not done in the matter so in the interest of Justice, action must be taken by the subordinates of the Ranger concerned.
Concerned forest officer may tell the applicant whether the prior permission of the department was taken by the concerned opposition party in cutting the green trees of the mangoes.
I expect the proper action on the part of divisional forest officer Vindhyachal division district Mirzapur. It was most unfortunate that the applicant was crying before them not to cut the green mango trees but they did not pay heed to the request of the applicant.
Subject -To register first information report against 1-Vinod Tiwari S/O Jata Shankar Tiwari Mobile number-9956360069,village-Devipur, Naugaon post-Nadini, district-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303 for cutting green mango trees without prior permission of the department.
With due respect the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Honourable sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that the applicant is a senior citizen and a law abiding individual whose age is 79 years which means he is 79 years old now. Which is the root cause the applicant is reaping the benefit of the vulnerability of the applicant and committing the offence of cheating with the applicant which is a criminal offence.
2-The opposition party is working as a clerk in the department of backward class under the monitoring of backward class officer district Mirzapur. Through the service he has amassed a huge wealth by indulging in unlawful activities which are disproportionate to his known source of income. Which must also be investigated by concerned police thoroughly.
3- it is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the matter concerns Several green trees cut down by the offenders illegally consequently F.I.R. must be registered in the light of The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976(U.P. Act No. 45 of 1976) up480 Dated 19th November, 1976 Received the assent of the Governor on November 19, 1976, published in U.P. Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 22nd November, 1976, pp. 8-13.As amended by U. P. Act No. 28 of 1998. Please register the first information report under sections of the Indian law.
